Instructions:

- Prepare a bowl with 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of ground white pepper, 1 teaspoon of seasoning, 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar, mix well for the spices to blend together. Then brush both sides of the fish with the sauce, finally adding 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
