1. Strawberry Syrup
Ingredients:
- 1 kg strawberries
- 500ml water
- 800g sugar
Instructions:
- Peel and remove seeds from strawberries
- Boil water and sugar until thick, then add strawberries and simmer for 5 minutes before turning off heat and transferring to jars
- Store in a cool place or in the refrigerator

2. Pineapple Syrup
Ingredients:
- 1 large pineapple
- 2 tablespoons butter
- sugar, water
Instructions:
- Peel and core the pineapple, then slice into long pieces
- Heat a frying pan or oven, add some butter, and lightly brown the pineapple
- Soak the pineapple in sugar and water for 24 hours
- Transfer the syrup into sealed jars and store in the refrigerator

3. Kumquat Syrup
Ingredients:
- 2 kg ripe kumquats
- 500g sugar
Instructions:
- Thoroughly wash the kumquats with cold water to remove any dirt and impurities from transportation
- Drain the kumquats and let them dry
- Cut each kumquat in half and squeeze out the pulp into a small bowl, straining through a sieve to remove the seeds
- Keep the kumquat peels after squeezing, thinly slice them with a sharp knife
- Prepare a large bowl. Mix the kumquat pulp, sliced peels, and sugar in the bowl. Stir well with a spoon and let the kumquat soak in the sugar for about 1 hour for thorough absorption
- Place a pot on the stove, turn on high heat, and pour the entire mixture into the pot. While cooking, use a wooden spoon to stir continuously until the mixture thickens. Turn off the heat and let the syrup cool down
- Transfer the syrup into glass jars, seal tightly, and store in the refrigerator

4. Grape Syrup
Ingredients:
- 40g grapes
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions:
- Wash the grapes thoroughly, boil with sugar until grapes become soft
- Let it cool down, then strain through a sieve
- Dilute with water and ice, then enjoy

5. Peppermint Syrup
Ingredients:
- 300g sugar
- 1 liter water
- 50g peppermint leaves
Instructions:
- Wash the peppermint leaves thoroughly, soak with a pinch of salt, then drain and chop finely
- Put 300g sugar in boiling with 1 liter of filtered water, then add peppermint leaves and boil for another 5 minutes before turning off the heat
- Let the syrup cool down and pour into glass jars

6. Cactus Syrup
Ingredients:
- 1 kg cactus fruit
- 250g sugar
Instructions:
- Remove the pulp from the cactus fruit, extract the juice using a spoon
- Add 200ml water to the extracted pulp, mix well, then strain to extract the juice
- Put all cactus juice and sugar in a pot and bring to a boil
- Let the syrup cool down and pour into jars, then store in the refrigerator

7. Artichoke Syrup
Ingredients:
- Artichoke flowers
- Sugar
Instructions:
- Thoroughly wash the artichoke flowers, separate the petals and stamens. The stamens can be dried and used for tea
- Layer the petals in a jar, alternating with layers of sugar until finished
- Let it sit for 5 days until the sugar dissolves
- Separate the petals and cook them in a pan over low heat to make a candied treat
- Boil the remaining liquid, let it cool, then pour into bottles and store in the refrigerator

8. Ginger Syrup
Ingredients:
- 100g ginger
- 500g sugar
- 700 ml water
- 1 lemon
Instructions:
- Squeeze the lemon for juice and peel it
- Wash and peel the ginger, then finely chop it
- Mix ginger with sugar until the sugar dissolves, then boil for about 20 minutes
- Add lemon juice and peel, stir well, then strain to remove residue
- Transfer syrup to jars and store

9. Peach Syrup
Ingredients:
- 250g fresh peaches
- 250g sugar
- 250ml apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- Cut the peaches into wedges, place in a bowl, sprinkle sugar over, and mix well. Store in the fridge until the sugar is dissolved
- Strain the peach juice, add apple cider vinegar, and store
- You can add milk when serving to enjoy a peach milk tea

10. Strawberry Syrup
