2. Korean Rice Rolls
Korean Rice Rolls are a traditional dish of Korea. However, they are widely beloved and embraced by most young people. Making Korean rice rolls together and enjoying them will be an unforgettable memory in that Valentine's rhythm.
Ingredients:
- White rice, carrot, ham, egg, boiled spinach, seaweed sheets, sugar, fish sauce, rice vinegar.
Preparation:
- Prepare a large bowl of white rice, mix evenly with 1/4 teaspoon of fish sauce + 1/4 rice vinegar + 1/4 teaspoon sugar + 1/4 teaspoon seasoning.
- Clean and slice carrots, cucumbers, and spinach into long strips.
- Beat one egg thinly and slice into strips.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, blanch carrots and spinach with a pinch of salt.
- Use a specialized bamboo mat to roll the rice rolls, place a seaweed sheet on top, spread a thin layer of rice, then add the prepared fillings on top and roll up slowly.
- Cut into pieces and arrange on a plate.

3. Cheesy Flan Jelly Cake
This is a dish inspired by Flan cake. Cheesy Flan Jelly Cake has a sweet, refreshing taste just like your love. It's not too difficult to make this cake.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs, fresh milk (can use chocolate milk or strawberry milk), cream cheese, food coloring, sugar, agar agar powder, vanilla.
Preparation:
- Dissolve 700 ml of clean water with 100 grams of sugar and 3 tablespoons of agar agar powder, then let the agar agar powder swell for about 15 minutes.
- Beat 2 eggs with a vanilla pod.
- Add 4 pieces of cream cheese to a pan and beat until smooth, then add 150 ml of fresh milk and simmer over medium heat.
- Heat until the cream cheese melts, then turn off the heat. Let it cool, then strain through a sieve and add to the beaten eggs mixture. Then strain again.
- Bring the mixture to the stove, when it boils, add 150 ml of water and 3g of agar agar powder and continue to cook until boiling, then turn off the heat.
- For the agar agar layer, boil and then turn off the heat.
- To color the agar agar layer, use food coloring or coffee. Pour the coffee essence into the agar agar mixture, stirring well.
- Prepare a cold ice pot, place a tray in the pot, pour a layer of agar agar until it sets, then pour the Flan mixture, do it sequentially like that.
- Let it set in the refrigerator for 2 hours before cutting the cake.
- Present on a plate.

Ingredients:
- Small cups, chocolate bars, fresh milk, molds, peanuts, colorful jelly beans.
Preparation:
- Break chocolate bars into small pieces into cups.
- Boil 60 ml of milk until it froths, then remove from heat.
- Pour prepared chocolate into hot milk. Let it soak for 1 to 2 minutes, then stir with a spoon until smooth. Be careful not to heat.
- Pour chocolate into plastic cups. Place a thin nylon bag under the cup.
- Place peanuts, cashews, or anything you desire at the bottom of the mold, then pump chocolate on top.

The sweet taste of the cupcakes combined with beautiful roses is sure to be an incredibly wonderful gift.
Ingredients:
- Flour, baking powder, white sugar, butter, eggs, fresh milk, lemon zest, ground almonds, white chocolate.
Preparation:
- Prepare the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Beat 125g of butter with 100g of white sugar until you get a homogeneous mixture, then mix in 2 eggs, finely grated lemon zest, and 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
- Sift 13g of flour into the mixture, as it will be dry, gradually pour in fresh milk and mix until smooth.
- Prepare cupcake molds lined with cupcake liners, scoop batter into molds. Place the cupcakes in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Check if the cupcakes are done by inserting a toothpick into the center of one cupcake, if it comes out dry, the cupcakes are ready. Turn off the oven, leave the cupcakes in the oven for about 5 minutes, then remove them to cool.
- Combine 125g of ground almonds, 125g of powdered sugar, and the egg white in a bowl. Knead until the mixture becomes smooth; you can add a little dry flour to prevent it from sticking to your hands.
- Divide the kneaded dough into 4 portions: 1/4 for a few drops of green color to make leaves; divide the remaining dough in half, add a few drops of pink color to create two different shades of pink dough: one darker, one lighter. Knead these portions until the dough is evenly colored. Roll out the pink dough with a rolling pin to about 1mm thickness, cut into long strips about 2cm wide, length as desired.
- Fold the dough strips in half lengthwise, then roll them into a circle, ensuring that the circle behind is slightly lower than the front circle, rolling about 3 rounds will give you 1 flower. Continue this process until you use up all the remaining pink dough. For the green dough, you only need to shape it into small leaf-like pieces with pointed ends on both sides.
- If not using immediately, store the rose and leaf parts in the refrigerator. Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until melted, then mix with powdered sugar, use a spoon to spread it on top of the cupcakes. When the chocolate is not yet completely set, place the roses on top of the cupcakes, 3 roses clustered together, place 3 green leaves around them, and you're done.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours for the chocolate to set, then you can either give them as gifts or enjoy them with your loved ones.

7. Strawberry Cake
Strawberry cake is one of the most beloved desserts in Japan. The sweet flavor along with the romantic pink color of the cute strawberries is definitely a lovely treat for Valentine's Day. Making a strawberry cake is quite simple and doesn't necessarily require an oven to succeed with this type of cake.
Ingredients:
- Eggs: 4 large, separated into yolks and whites in 2 separate bowls
- Lemon juice: 5ml
- White sugar: 70g
- Vegetable oil, Flour: 35g each (note: flour must be sifted finely)
- Cocoa powder: 15g
- Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
- Unsweetened milk: 50ml (can also be replaced with sweetened milk if preferred)
- Softened butter: 50g
- Cornstarch: 5g
Preparation:
- Combine flour, cornstarch, vanilla, and cocoa powder in a large bowl and mix well.
- Next, in another bowl, beat egg yolks, about 20g of white sugar, vegetable oil, and unsweetened milk using a whisk until well blended. Sift the flour and add it to this mixture, whisk until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
- Divide the beaten egg whites into 3 portions and fold each portion into the flour mixture, gently folding in the same direction until all the egg whites are incorporated. Let the mixture sit for about 60 minutes.
- After an hour, clean and dry the rice cooker inner pot, then grease it with a layer of butter to prevent the cake from sticking to the bottom of the pot when cooked.
- Pour the batter into the rice cooker, press the Cook button, and cook for about 25 minutes until the rice cooker switches to Warm mode. Open the lid and check the cake. If it's not fully cooked, press the Cook button again.
- Once the cake is cooked, let it cool slightly before removing it from the rice cooker. Decorate with fresh fruit or fresh cream according to your preference.

8. Green Tea Nama Chocolate
Chocolate is certainly the signature treat for Valentine's Day, but it can feel a bit too traditional. However, if we add a hint of green tea flavor, especially if your loved one enjoys matcha, then the Green Tea Nama Chocolate will surely delight them even more.
Ingredients:
- 400g white chocolate
- 200g whipping cream
- 25g unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons Japanese green tea powder (matcha)
Preparation:
- Chop 400g of white chocolate into small pieces.
- Heat the stove to 60°C (140°F) on low heat, 400W power.
- Pour 200ml of whipping cream into a pot, heat until it starts to boil, then turn off the heat.
- Add 25g of unsalted butter to the pot.
- Divide the 400g of chopped white chocolate into 3 portions and add them to the pot, stirring until the chocolate melts completely.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Japanese green tea powder and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper, spread evenly to avoid air bubbles.
- Place in the freezer for 5 hours.
- Remove the chocolate from the mold and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Sprinkle a little green tea powder on top of each piece of fresh chocolate, and you're done.

- Beef tenderloin, mushrooms, cognac, pastry dough.
Preparation:
- After seasoning the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper, it will be rolled up and pan-seared evenly on all sides.
- The second layer of the Beef Wellington consists of a mixture of finely chopped mushrooms sautéed with onions, garlic, and spices.
- The final layer of the Beef Wellington is the puff pastry.
