Praise students.
After reminding them once, if the students show improvement, refrain from criticizing them publicly. Instead, praise them in front of the class and encourage others to follow their example. By doing so, you not only prevent further disruptions but also foster a better classroom environment. Generally, address the issues faced by your students without singling them out for criticism. Use praise to motivate them and only provide constructive feedback when necessary. This approach helps children understand their mistakes and encourages self-awareness.

Assigning tasks to students
For mischievous or talkative students, teachers assign them as class officers: deputy in charge of sanitation and hygiene; in charge of library book distribution, caring for plants, classroom decoration... organizing game sessions during class hours: those who behave well get to participate; having students establish rules: carefully crafted and posted on the classroom wall, end of day/week voting for exemplary students... encouraging when seeing progress, being strict when students violate the rules...

Encourage competition among students.
Implement various forms of competition such as team challenges with point deductions for rule violations, and rewards like buying pencils for well-behaved students. Also, maintain a behavior log and reward good behavior weekly.
