1. If you don't love yourself, who will?
I once knew a girl. Beautiful, talented, from a well-off family. It seemed like every other girl admired and envied her. She had everything, except the heart of the one she loved.
Even now, I can't forget the image of her stumbling around when she was heavily drunk, crying in pain and despair. Forever engraved in my memory is the sight of her standing there, watching the one she loved holding hands with another girl, a girl inferior to her in every aspect. Later on, I can't forget the scars on her wrists, scars that held all her sadness.
But so what? That man still didn't care about her, still happily went about with someone else. When she was drunk, when she was sad, when she was at her lowest, he was laughing, chatting, sleeping soundly...
Oh my girls, why do you have to do this? Why suffer for someone undeserving? Cry if you must, scream if you have to, get drunk if it helps, but please don't hurt yourself. Get drunk for a while. Cry for a release. Then, after that, be beautiful, be radiant, come back as yourself, perhaps even better than before. That's when you truly deserve yourself.
Girl, if you don't love yourself, who will?

2. Youth is about love, so love more for a beautiful youth
If you like someone, say it. Life is too short, and there's no time to wait for hesitation.
Almost everyone has had a secret crush on someone else. To like someone to the extent that their smile makes your heart dance with joy all day long. To like someone to the point where just catching a glimpse of them is enough. To like someone to the degree that thinking about them brings a smile to your face. Yet many bury those feelings deep inside, especially during the most beautiful time of youth. Later on, you'll realize that liking someone so much is not easy, and finding someone you can like that much is not an easy task.
In everyone's life, there should be at least one moment when you forget yourself for someone else. Without expecting results, without hoping to hold hands until the end of life, and not even expecting them to love you back. Just hoping that the most beautiful years of youth can meet someone who makes you feel that way.
Be brave enough to speak up; who knows, love might come your way.

3. Trusting Yourself Above All Else
Always remember this saying: 'Trusting yourself above all else.' Humans tend to idealize or doubt themselves, overvaluing their self-worth and imagining their significance in the eyes of others.
You meet someone, have engaging conversations, and suddenly you think you've found your lifelong companion, believing they must cherish you just as much. However, countless times, you cannot know how that person talks about you behind your back despite their sweetness to your face.
You like someone, and they don't seem to reject your feelings, so you believe they reciprocate them. You chat eagerly every day, ask about each other, eagerly await their responses. But you cannot know how irritated and bored they might feel about you. Perhaps they only engage with you out of politeness or affection, with no romantic interest involved.
You have a few close friends, and you believe you're truly important to them as they are to you. You eagerly contribute and support them, but you'll never know if you're as 'important' to them as you think, or if you're just an outsider to their happiness.
Sometimes, harsh truths in our lives aren't meant to make us feel disheartened but rather to make us appreciate life more. These truths make you feel that trusting yourself is always the most reliable thing, while the world outside is always full of surprises even for the closest acquaintances.

4. Be the Leaf, Embrace Your Greenness
Paying attention to others' criticisms won't make you any better. What's crucial to understand is that people only criticize us when they're not equal to us. Those who are better than us don't have time to sit and criticize.
Getting upset when we hear others speak ill of us won't stop them from doing so. It only wastes our time. Wouldn't it be better to spend that time doing meaningful things? Turning a blind eye and living our lives is an age-old philosophy.
Be the leaf, embrace your greenness. As for those who only know how to talk behind our backs, their position will forever remain behind, unable to rise up for any 'promotion.' We, who stay green, need not concern ourselves with the ignorant.

5. If Love Still Lingers, Please Come Back
Some people break up for many reasons, but deep down they don't want to. Some realize the value of their partner only after parting ways. Some make mistakes that drive their loved ones away. Ultimately, some still harbor feelings for their exes but are afraid to confess.
Some say loving an ex is like reading a book for the second time—you know the ending, yet you still want to read. However, every story has multiple endings. Why not become a writer of your own life and create a happy ending?
If, when you close your eyes, the first person you see is the one weighing heavily on your heart, it's because they are the one you can't let go of. Just like waking up every day, and the first person you think of is the one you can't forget. If on a rainy day, a sad song plays, and suddenly they appear in your mind, then they are very important to you.
If you still love, please come back to your ex-lover. Whether it brings another round of pain or a beautiful ending, you will be content knowing you had the courage to love again.

True peace of mind often requires sacrificing a lot. It's like having to forget a few things, such as: people, habits, selfishness, conflicts, broken pieces, secrets, even the urge to burst into tears when feeling unhappy... Yet, peace comes from the simplest things...
One early autumn morning, the wind whispers softly, stirring solitude in the heart. The wind may sadden us, yet we can find joy within its embrace. It takes us away but also brings us back.
A winter's day. Sad rain falls, carrying melancholy. The rain also carries sadness away. It falls heavily, it cries out, it holds memories.
Spring arrives. Grass sways, flowers bloom abundantly. Spring air transforms our sorrow into hope. It turns stagnation into vibrant colors.
Summer. Intense heat and stifling weather. Summer brings frustrations, yet it also brings the yearnings of youth.
As years go by, don't sigh. Stand tall and live. Mud may cling to your feet, but the sun shines above your head... In crowded places, amidst rushing crowds, peculiar peace abounds, peace that comes from the simplest, unexpected things...

7. After the rain, the sky clears
Feeling trapped by life's injustices? Whether it's family, friends, loved ones, or work causing you grief? Don't fret, repeat this mantra in your head: 'After the rain, the sky clears'.
Dwelling in frustration and stagnation won't make things better. The best thing to do is to try to simplify everything. Every problem has its solution; no one dies from hitting a dead end, they just don't try to live until they find a solution.

8. Rising up or continuing to fall is all up to you
We've all faced failure, stumbled at least once in our lives, as an immutable law of nature. Some have the ability to rise, to stand up and move forward as if nothing happened, while others can only sit still and constantly wonder why they easily fell into such traps... Don't sing when you're sad... Don't laugh when you're in pain... Don't pretend everything is fine when your heart is not at peace...
Falling teaches us to see life from a different perspective. Those eyes can become sharp or blind, depending on ourselves. Sometimes, our soul falls, we start becoming suspicious, unwilling to trust anyone, love anyone, extend a helping hand to anyone, and don't care if anyone believes in us, because often, our innocence has led us to 'fall into traps'. We 'raise our quills' like any other animal just to avoid hurting ourselves again.
Don't let your heart remain cold when the sun is shining outside. Don't let tears still flow when the rain has stopped. Youth passes by quickly, nothing lasts forever, so live wholeheartedly to avoid regretting what only remains in the past...

9. Everything is a matter of self
In life, the toughest phase isn't when no one understands you, but when... you don't understand yourself. Don't blame life for being unfair; consider that the issue arises from within you. Taking action and responsibility is the best way to solve problems.
Life may be tough, but it's much more enjoyable than math. Because no two people are alike, each can find their own solution. Life's troubles can be summed up in 12 words: can't let go, can't think straight, can't see, can't forget!
When life puts you in a difficult situation, never say 'Why me?' but say 'I will try...'

10. Loneliness teaches us to love
Defining love is challenging because each person perceives it differently. Loneliness is the same. Each person has their own definitions and feelings about loneliness. Loneliness is when no one is around. Loneliness is when there's no one to share with. Loneliness is feeling lost in the crowd. Loneliness is not receiving the affection one desires...
Loneliness is frightening, yet we need it because it teaches us to struggle, to forgive, to change ourselves to keep love around.
Don't compare your life to others; everyone's life is different. The sky in each person's eyes carries a different shade of blue... Each person's tears, unless tasted, how can one know whose are saltier?
Sometimes in loneliness, we realize how deeply we've loved!
