On October 20th, Tèo endured his wife's scolding and stayed out until late, still feeling resentful.
He decided to have a drink at a bar, ordering exactly one glass. When he returned home, Tèo pretended to be drunk, loudly banging on the door. His wife came out to help him in, and Tèo swiftly slapped himself in the face, declaring:
- Who are you to touch me? Besides my wife, no one else should think of getting close to me.

At a university, as the lecture was about to end, the professor proposed a small quiz to the students:

The young man hesitated, struggling with the difficult choice. Eventually, he took the chalk and erased the names until only three were left: parents, wife, and child. The lecture hall fell silent, sensing that this was no longer just a game. The professor calmly spoke:
- Erase one more name!
The young man froze, then slowly and determinedly erased the name of his son. He burst into tears, the pain evident in his demeanor.
The professor waited for him to calm down and asked:
- Logically, the most intimate to you are your parents and your child because your parents gave birth to you, nurtured you, and your child is your flesh and blood. Meanwhile, you can find another wife. So why is your wife the person you find hardest to part with?
The lecture hall fell silent, awaiting the answer. The young man, composed and sincere, spoke:
- Over time, my parents will leave me, my children will undoubtedly grow distant. The one who will always stay with me throughout my life, my true companion, is my wife!
After saying this, the young man turned to whisper to the professor, 'Dear professor, I had to say that because my wife is sitting below. If I didn't, it would only mean my death. Please understand.'

Tèo smiled:
'No, first, I look into her eyes. Only when her eyes don't look at me, I check other places.'

6. The Lightness of Wife when the Husband Refuses the Fateful Steps
A couple was arguing, and the frustrated husband said:
'It's best for us to part ways.'
The wife responded:
'If that makes you happy, I agree.'
The husband proposed a condition:
'Each of us takes 100 steps in opposite directions. If, after 100 steps, we both turn back, then consider nothing happened. Otherwise, if we meet again, let's still consider each other as friends.'
The husband reluctantly took 99 steps, and at the last step, he turned back. He was astonished to see his wife not heading in the opposite direction but following closely behind.
'Just as long as you turn back, I'll always be behind you,' the calm wife replied.
The choked-up husband embraced his wife, tears welling up. The wife quietly dropped a pebble from her sleeve onto the ground, thinking to herself, 'If he dared to take one more step, he would've known my resolve!'
