Reading enlightens our hearts
Life's myriad colors satisfy desires
Newspapers and photos warm our hearts
Rapid news updates unmask villains
Exposing criminals and misdeeds
Revealing corruption, venality
Upholding the nation's laws, people's peace
Bridging communities
Helping the lost find their loved ones
Uniting the rich and poor
Listing injustices, people's needs
Journalists also find joy in their profession
Many journalists are dedicated and passionate
They are diligent and devoted
Carefully crafting their pens for the people's well-being
Utilizing swift and accurate tools
Fulfilling the profession's sincerity and honesty
The press binds our people
The people's hearts, the Party's intentions
On our nation's Press Day

2. Poem: White Nights - Đình Khải
White Nights
Đình Khải
These white nights, do you blame me for?
When all I dedicate to the football field,
No other distractions bother me anymore,
Except for the colors, the jerseys, the pitch's lanes?...
I'm engrossed in the situations on the field,
The lightning strikes of shots on goal,
The missed opportunities regretfully
The referee's whistle, sometimes right, sometimes wrong.
Time passes by, and I persistently labor,
At times rushing, at times moving leisurely,
Putting all efforts to convey
The good, the beauty to the listeners.
The match ends, and I wearily return,
When the night has passed, and dawn breaks,
It's surprising to see you waiting,
And worrying about me with every sip of milk, every bite of food.
I only then realize you never blame me,
When through these long nights, I stay with the field,
And I know night after night, you don't sleep,
Still following me and every ball's path on the field...
