These isekai heroes sometimes become burdens to their teammates due to their weakness.
In the realm of isekai anime, the protagonists are often ordinary individuals transported to another world to save it. Throughout their journey, they may gain weapons or powers superior to others. However, there are exceptions where the main character becomes a liability to the supporting cast due to their inadequacy.
Kagome - Inuyasha
Kagome's most outstanding skill is the ability to command a demon henchman to 'sit' and he must simply obey whatever she says. Additionally, she can shoot arrows, but that doesn't enable her to fight alongside her friends when facing challenges.

Inuyasha himself is not powerful enough to handle all threats in the story. Furthermore, he has been defeated by his half-brother Sesshomaru, enough to realize that having to watch over Kagome is a major challenge. Essentially, Kagome is just a regular high school girl, surrounded by mighty warriors, sorcerers, and powerful demons.
Rudeus - Mushoku Tensei

Rudeus's learning speed seems superior to others. He became a Saint-ranked mage at a young age and acquired extensive magical knowledge from his father. However, time and time again, he proves to be insignificant compared to truly formidable opponents in the series. While Rudeus consistently surpasses and outwits ordinary kidnappers, he lacks the ability to defeat experienced or genius-level magic users.
Shiroe - Log Horizon
It's surprising that someone known as the 'villain in glasses' lacks the overpowering strength of others. Shiroe is a genius, but it's his intellect that makes him famous, not his strength. Despite initially being a high-level character in the game, he quickly falls behind other players in adventures when he forms his own guild.

Furthermore, even as one of the highest-level characters, Shiroe has never been a warrior. He's not a solo fighter, and his class is built on cooperation with others; he shines only when working with a group.
Kazuma - KonoSuba
Kazuma deserves to have his power nerfed. He has the chance to choose any powerful item he wants, yet instead, he chooses Aqua. However, Aqua is quite powerful, and her magic can solve any problem, from healing to instantly destroying undead.

Yet Kazuma still gets left behind by those in the group. He tries to compensate for his shortcomings by using skills he's learned from others' basic techniques, but Kazuma's group consists of characters who are very bad at learning, so they hardly help him at all.
Katarina - My Next Life As A Villainess

Katarina Claes is reincarnated into a world where she becomes a villainess. Generally, villains are supposed to be overshadowed, but not here. Katarina's only magic is the ability to make small patches of land appear on the ground. She doesn't really try to learn magic in the first season but instead spends time creating fake snakes to persuade her fiancé and become a great farmer. Essentially, Katarina doesn't even have any formidable strength compared to other characters.
