Public Bank Vietnam Limited Liability Company (PBVN) is a bank headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam, providing financial services in Vietnam. Converted from VID Public Bank - a joint venture between Vietnam Investment and Development Bank (BIDV) of Vietnam and Public Bank Berhad (PBB) of Malaysia with equal shares established in May 1992.

On July 15, 2014, Public Bank Berhad acquired all of BIDV's shares in the joint venture.
