Valium is a medication used to alleviate tension, agitation, anxiety, promote relaxation, muscle relaxation, and prevent seizures belonging to the 1,4 group. This type of medication should only be used for a short period, as using it for more than 10 days with the usual therapeutic dose can lead to addiction.
When discontinuing the medication, patients may experience symptoms such as anxiety, restlessness, insomnia, depression, or agitation. Therefore, it is absolutely not recommended to use Valium to treat anxiety and insomnia for more than 10 days.

8. Alcohol

When introduced into the body, Nicotine is rapidly metabolized into cotinine and excreted in urine.
