A high school detective forced to ingest a deadly poison called APTX-4869 while investigating a mysterious deal of the Black Organization, fortunately the toxin was still in the experimental phase and only managed to shrink him into a six-year-old boy. He adopts the name Conan Edogawa to avoid detection by the Black Organization and stays with the Mori family with the hope of uncovering the truth about the Black Organization and restoring his original form.
Both Shinichi and Conan are portrayed as handsome under the pen of writer Gosho Aoyama. With a confident and intelligent demeanor, Shinichi Kudo is the dream man of many fans of the series. Makoto serves as the captain of the karate club at Haito High School, known as the 'Prince of Kicking.' He always appears with a headband over his left eyebrow, symbolizing his passion for chivalry and martial arts. Makoto, one of the most impressive characters, has won numerous championships in international karate tournaments, displaying full-bodied martial arts techniques, swift movements, calmness, and self-control in every situation, with a spirit to help others in difficult times.

Dr. Agasa is an irreplaceable friend of Shinichi and the Junior Detective League. He is the best friend, a caring father figure for the kids. Uncle Agasa loves Conan like a father, his closest companion. Moreover, he is a kind uncle, always treating everyone kindly, even newcomers like Haibara Ai. That's why Dr. Agasa's popularity is no surprise, right?


7. Wataru Takagi
Takagi starts off as a somewhat dull supporting character but quickly makes a strong impression on readers, especially with his romantic relationship with Miwako Sato, a powerful policewoman. Both work for the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. Takagi first expresses his feelings for Sato in Episode 21. At this point, Sato is Takagi's superior, and he constantly fears that Sato secretly likes another colleague. From this episode onwards, Conan fans also begin to admire and actively 'ship' the cute couple Sato and Takagi.

Shuichi Akai is one of the most famous characters in the Detective Conan series. Shuichi Akai is a British-American man born in Japan, a member of the FBI and assigned a special mission to Japan to capture Vermouth. He infiltrates the Black Organization under the name Morohoshi Dai and the alias 'Rye,' providing information to the FBI.
Shuichi Akai is stubborn but very patient in achieving his goals. Akai is calm, even indifferent, and impresses as someone very trustworthy to those he knows. Akai has deductive abilities rivaling Conan's. Therefore, he becomes the number one enemy of the Black Organization, nicknamed the 'Silver Bullet.' 9. Rei Furuya
Rei Furuya, also known as Bourbon, is known to the audience as a police officer and an undercover member of the Black Organization. His mission is to investigate, gather information, and cooperate with Vermouth. Currently posing as a private detective, Rei first appeared as a server at Cafe Poirot and is one of Kogoro's apprentices.
He has a dark complexion similar to Heiji's. Additionally, Rei is quite striking with his brown hair, although she initially wears glasses to easily conceal her identity as a member of the Black Organization. Rei is considered a talented detective with a sharp mind. Since being taken as an apprentice by the 'iron-bearded' Mori, he has often been unable to demonstrate his deduction and investigative abilities. Despite his limited appearances, Rei still leaves a positive impression on viewers with his intelligence and handsome face.


10. Gin
Gin is a key member of the Black Organization and the main antagonist in the Detective Conan series. He is the one who poisoned Shinichi Kudo with the experimental drug APTX 4869, turning the detective into elementary school student Conan Edogawa. Despite being a true villain, Gin is one of the most beloved characters in audience polls.
When on a mission, Gin often gives orders even to equivalent operatives like Vermouth. He is also one of the few members of the Organization who have direct contact with the Boss. Gin always follows the orders of the bosses and rarely acts against the Organization's interests. This Gin character is also one of the most dangerous operatives of the Black Organization. Ruthless and cold-hearted, he is ready to act immediately, even against his own teammates.
