Nguyen Quang Huy, a fourth-year student at the Industrial Fine Arts University majoring in graphic design in Hanoi, has created remarkable artistic products from glass bottle waste. His creations include wooden boats adorned with paper or fabric sails crafted from recycled glass bottles. Huy plans to expand his artistic endeavors beyond mere handicrafts, targeting international tourists with large-scale decorative pieces for interior design. He gained recognition by winning first prize in the 2015 Creative Handicraft Product Design Competition.
Pham Trung Thang, a student at the Hai Phong Private University, has demonstrated remarkable creativity with eggshells. Over the past five years, using basic tools such as pencils, drills, erasers, and hair dryers, he has crafted exquisite creations ranging from foliage and flowers to architectural structures reflecting various regions, nations, human figures, and animals. His talent has provided him with a substantial source of income.
