Director Khai Hung played a crucial role as the chief director throughout the 40-episode series. The screenplay, crafted by the writing team including Nguyen Quang Thieu, Nguyen Thanh Phong, Trung Trung Dinh, Pham Ngoc Tien, Nguyen Quang Lap, delivers incredibly thrilling and engaging cases to the audience.
Besides the successful Crime Police series, the haunting soundtrack cannot be overlooked. The song 'Silent Steps,' composed by musician Vu Thao and performed by Thuy Dung, portrays the silent, arduous struggles of police officers.

From the start of filming in July 2002, Crime Police Season III has attracted public attention. The screenplay is based on the original 'Năm Cam' crime boss soon to be tried in real life. The scriptwriter is Như Phong, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of World Security Newspaper. Tran Hoai Son directs the film - he has a 'connection' with crime film topics.

The film begins with a murder. The victim is a gangster with a fierce face just released from prison, nicknamed after a wild animal - Thanh 'Wolf' (played by Lệ Hằng). It was thought to be a normal death with nothing special, but behind the death of a criminal, many police officers who had 'headaches' faced an entire underworld system of 'gangsters'. A powerful hand exploited the death of Thanh 'Wolf' to manipulate public opinion and eliminate smaller opponents. The number one suspect in this case is Tien 'Marker' (played by Hồng Đức), a boss who makes money easily through gambling, running restaurants and football betting, protecting... Tien 'Marker' can spend tens of thousands of dollars to buy luxurious gifts to 'grease the palms' of officials, even key criminal police officers.
