The entire shoe is adorned with 464 dazzling round Kwiat diamonds. The Moon Star Shoes are a truly extraordinary creation by Italian designer Antonio Vietri. These high heels are crafted from solid gold, diamonds, and even a piece of meteorite. The sole of the shoe is made from solid gold, while the entire shoe is adorned with 30 carats of diamonds, along with a fragment from the Campo del Cielo meteorite, which was discovered in Argentina in 1576. This meteorite is believed to have fallen to Earth around 4,200 to 4,700 years ago, with Spanish soldiers first finding it in the 16th century.
These one-of-a-kind shoes are valued at approximately $19.9 million. They were revealed to the public during the MIDE (Made in Italy, Designed in Emirates) Fashion Week at Dubai Marina. The shoes were designed by Debbie Wingham, who used large, rare pink and blue diamonds, four perfect white diamonds, and 1,000 smaller diamonds to craft this spectacular pair.

The Debbie Wingham heels are a creation by British designer Debbie Wingham, renowned for her extravagant works. These stunning shoes are wrapped in precious metals and rare stones, with a price tag of $15.1 million. Wingham, who has designed for royals and high society elites, is recognized for her masterpieces, such as the Red Diamond Abaya dress encrusted with over 2,000 diamonds, including the world's most expensive red diamond (valued at $15.5 million), and a diamond-encrusted cake for a client in the UAE, worth $64 million.
Wingham's creation is the result of a collaboration with contemporary artist Chris Campbell. While Wingham handled the design, Campbell spent countless hours bringing the shoes to life. The final product features a 3-carat pink diamond, a 1-carat blue diamond, four flawless 3-carat diamonds, and a collection of 1,000 diamonds set in platinum, carefully arranged to form a magnificent shoe.

The Jada Dubai stiletto, in collaboration with Passion Jewellers, is one of the most expensive high heels in the world, priced at a staggering $17 million. This luxurious creation was unveiled at the 2018-2019 Fall/Winter Fashion Week, held from September 24 to 30 at the grand Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai, the only 7-star hotel in the world. During this event, Jada Dubai presented an opulent collection of women’s high heels, with the $17 million pair standing as the highlight.
Crafted in collaboration with the renowned Passion Jewelers of UAE, the shoes are a masterpiece of intricate design, taking nine months to complete. Made of silk-covered leather with a gold overlay, the heels are adorned with 236 diamonds and precious gems along the edges. Two massive 15-carat diamonds grace the toes, each a rare and flawless gem. Inside the heel, the brand’s name is elegantly etched in gold, designed to be slim and comfortable for wearers, ensuring both beauty and practicality, according to Maria Majari, co-founder and creative director of Jada Dubai.
