At Heathrow, the Concorde Lounge is situated in the vast British Airways lounge complex at Terminal 5. It has two entrances: the main entrance on the first floor, which is above the First Class lounge, and a secondary entrance located just past security. The lounge itself exudes the charm of a classic hotel lobby, with modern decor that mirrors other British Airways lounges, including stylish high-back armchairs, beautiful chandeliers, and oak wood flooring. The design is inspired by the finest British craftsmanship and heritage, with elegant lighting from Porta Romana and modern tables by Boss Design. Although the Concorde Lounge isn't large and can feel quite busy, it offers plenty of seating. One side of the lounge has cozy corners with gas fireplaces, while the opposite side features a terrace with breathtaking views of the airport's arrivals hall and tarmac. The center of the lounge is dominated by a stylish bar and restaurant area, where guests can enjoy a variety of private booths or communal tables. Full table service is available, and à la carte dining is provided free of charge. The menu changes monthly, and guests can either dine in the restaurant or order food to be delivered to any seat in the lounge.

Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 11:30 AM, featuring dishes like scrambled eggs, fried eggs, banana pancakes, and homemade hashbrowns. Most of the lounge is equipped with long benches, and during our daytime visit, the seats were nearly empty, offering plenty of seating options. One of the first things you’ll notice upon entering is the fantastic view from nearly every angle of the lounge. Several classic artworks adorn the walls, similar to those found in the American Express Centurion Lounge. The center of the lounge features a unique Icelandic stone artwork, resembling a large cairn.
The highlight of the Icelandair Saga Business Class Lounge is the cozy fireplace, which serves as the most popular gathering spot for passengers. The lounge also offers a dining area with light snacks. Another impressive feature is the wide selection of spirits, including Reykjavik Distillery’s specialty liquors, small-batch Reyka Vodka, Tanqueray No Ten Gin, and other fine drinks. Additionally, Iceland's Gull Beer and a variety of bottled beverages are available. The lounge serves bread, cheese, hot soups, and pastries. Self-service coffee, tea, juices, still and sparkling water, soft drinks, and alcohol are also offered. The lounge is equipped with restrooms, including a family restroom, and showers, featuring amenities from the famous Blue Lagoon.

It is currently the largest first-class lounge in the world and one of the largest airport lounges globally. The lounge runs the full length of the terminal, as it occupies only one floor. The benefit of this lounge's size is that you can board your flight directly from it. Similar to the terminal with 24 gates, the lounge also offers extensive amenities. The lounge is so large that maps are placed throughout, in case you get lost or need to find a specific service.
One of the highlights of the Emirates First Class Lounge is its dining options. The lounge features multiple dining stations, with a main restaurant area serving both buffet and à la carte meals. The dining area offers ample seating, and the entire experience has the quality of a fine-dining restaurant. The lounge serves breakfast from 4:00 AM to 11:00 AM, lunch and dinner from 11:00 AM to 4:00 AM, with a full menu available. The buffet is well-organized, offering a selection of cold appetizers, hot mains, desserts, coffee, and tea. The staff is friendly and attentive to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience and high-quality food.
