1. Le Quyen
Le Quyen, born on April 2, 1981, in Hanoi, is one of Vietnam's most renowned singers. Her real name is Vu Le Quyen, and she grew up as the youngest of nine siblings in a family with a rich tradition in the arts. Both of her parents were traditional opera artists, and from a young age, she learned to sing opera. Le Quyen rose to fame for her contributions to light music, starting her career in the early 2000s, and earned the title 'Queen of Lounge Music.'
In 1999, she was accepted into two prestigious music institutions, the Hanoi Conservatory of Music and Hanoi University of Culture. She chose the latter and won a cultural exchange competition in her first year, which became the only competition she participated in.
In 2000, her teacher recognized her talent and helped her start performing at local cafes and lounges in Cau Giay. Gradually, she was invited to perform at more venues, covering hits by famous singers such as My Tam and Phuong Thanh. It wasn't until her debut album, 'Giac Mo Co That,' was released that her name truly gained popularity. Besides her music career, she is also known as the 'Diamond Queen' of Vietnam's entertainment industry, regularly flaunting luxury brands, diamonds, and a collection of expensive cars and real estate.

2. Tuan Hung
Tuan Hung, born on October 5, 1978, in Hanoi, Vietnam, is a young and talented singer who rose to fame as a member of the popular Hanoi-based music group Quả Dưa Hấu. His solo career flourished with hits such as 'Cau Vong Khuyet,' 'Tinh La Gi,' 'Di Vang Cuoc Tinh,' 'Gui Ngan Loi Yeu,' 'Nam Lai Tay Anh,' and 'Tim Lai Bau Troi.'
With a deep, powerful, and husky voice, Tuan Hung has often performed love songs that feature high notes, showcasing his wide vocal range. His voice is particularly suited for ballads, though he also occasionally performs dance, house, and electro music. Having experienced six relationships before marriage, Tuan Hung is known as one of the most famous 'romantic' figures in Vietnamese showbiz. He found his true partner in entrepreneur Tran Thu Huong (known as Huong Baby), and they married in 2014. The couple has three children: Su Hao (born 2014), Son (born 2017), and Sam (born 2019).

3. Dong Nhi
Mai Hong Ngoc (born October 13, 1988), known professionally as Dong Nhi, is a Vietnamese singer, songwriter, and actress. She was born in Hanoi, Vietnam, and has one older sister who is six years her senior. When Dong Nhi was two, her family relocated to Ho Chi Minh City. Dong Nhi gained recognition for her original songs, which resonated deeply with young listeners. Her career flourished as her music consistently found a place in the hearts of her audience, with hits like 'Cho Em Mot Lan Yeu' and 'Sau Moi Giac Mo.' Her early works such as 'The First Step' (2010) and 'Sau Moi Giac Mo' (2012) leaned heavily on pop music, while her later tracks like 'I Wanna Dance' (2014) and 'Bad Boy' (2014) incorporated a dance music style. 4. Hoang Thuy Linh
Hoang Thuy Linh was born on August 11, 1988, in Hanoi, Vietnam. Coming from a family with a strong artistic tradition, she is a singer, actress, and model. She has won four Cống Hiến Awards from a total of six nominations.

In 2022, Hoang Thuy Linh released the single 'Gieo Que' on various music streaming platforms in Vietnam. Within days of its release, the song reached No. 1 on YouTube's Trending list and climbed to No. 3 on the Billboard Vietnam Hot 100 and No. 1 on Billboard Vietnam’s Top Vietnamese Songs.
Recently, Hoang Thuy Linh has dropped tracks like 'See Tinh,' 'Bo Xi Bo,' and 'Ha Phom,' all of which went viral, with their catchy tunes and simple dance moves spreading widely on TikTok. Her music has captured the hearts of fans, and her influence continues to grow in the global music scene.


5. Duc Phuc
Duc Phuc, whose full name is Nguyen Duc Phuc, was born on October 15, 1996. He is the eldest son in a family living in a central district of Hanoi, with an average income and no one involved in the entertainment industry.
Duc Phuc became the champion of The Voice Vietnam Season 3. In 2014, he was a student of architecture at the University of Civil Engineering, but after deciding to move to the south, he switched to the Industrial Fine Arts Department at Van Lang University. Currently, he has paused his studies to focus on his music career as a freelance singer.
In 2016, Duc Phuc released his song 'Anh Nang Cua Anh,' which became a major hit, particularly as part of the soundtrack for the movie 'Cho Em Den Ngay Mai.' Bui Anh Tuan was born on September 9, 1991, in Hanoi, into a prosperous family. As the oldest child, he grew up with his parents and grandparents. While his paternal family didn’t have any artistic background, many of them, including his father, were known for their remarkable singing voices.
Bui Anh Tuan developed a passion for singing early on, and he has a clear, high-pitched voice. However, due to an allergy that made him sensitive to the cold winters of northern Vietnam, his family decided to move him to Ho Chi Minh City after he completed his 10th grade. In 2008, he topped the intermediate-level vocal program at the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music, where he studied both music and continued his high school education. Later, he advanced to university-level studies at the same institution.
To pursue his passion, Bui Anh Tuan eagerly participated in several singing competitions from a young age. In 2009, he competed in the 'Voice Search' contest on VOH radio in Ho Chi Minh City and secured fourth place. He followed this by winning a consolation prize in the 2010 'School Singing Voice' competition. 8. Lan Huong
Lan Huong, whose full name is Nguyen Thi Lan Huong, was born on August 17, 1961, into a poor family in Hanoi. From a young age, she had a strong passion for theatre. Although no one in her family worked in the arts, fate brought her to the stage when she participated in an audition with a friend. This was a time of pure, happy childhood memories that she cherishes deeply.
Lan Huong is a veteran actress who has played numerous iconic roles in famous Vietnamese films. She first gained widespread recognition for her portrayal of Mrs. Phuong in the drama 'Living with Mother-in-Law,' and more recently, her role as Mrs. Hien in 'Sunshine After the Rain' has made audiences both admire and despise her character.
She studied acting at the Hanoi Drama Theatre and later worked at the Hanoi Opera House. Over the years, Lan Huong has been involved in many stage performances and television dramas, often playing the role of humble, village women or kind-hearted, though impoverished mothers. In 2000, she took the leading role of Thuy in the film 'Mua Oi' (Season of Guavas), adapted from a novel of the same name. Lan Huong has dedicated her life to the arts, earning the title of People's Artist from the state in 2011. Known for her authentic performances, she has gained immense popularity and support from audiences. After playing many kind and gentle roles, she made a significant shift to portraying the demanding and harsh mother-in-law in 'Living with Mother-in-Law,' earning the title of 'Most Hated Mother-in-Law on Screen.'

9. My Linh
My Linh, whose full name is Do My Linh, was born on August 19, 1975, in Hanoi. Growing up in a working-class family, My Linh has been adored by fans in Vietnam's entertainment industry for over three decades. Her talent has earned her the title of 'Diva My Linh,' reflecting the deep admiration people have for her.
My Linh showed an early aptitude for singing, performing for the first time at the age of five with the song 'Be Be Bang Bong.' As a child, she excelled in singing, dancing, and acting, and won numerous awards in local talent competitions.
While in school, My Linh was a bright student, having attended the prestigious Capital City School Conference twice and earning recognition from the Prime Minister. Her academic interests were especially in subjects such as literature, history, and music. In 1991, she won the gold medal at the nationwide 'PTTH Singing Contest' and the special prize for best performance about teachers and schools. In 1993, My Linh passed the entrance exam for the Hanoi Conservatory of Music, where she studied vocal performance from 1993 to 1997, under the guidance of her first vocal coach, Professor Dieu Thuy.
In August 1993, My Linh performed with the Hoa Sua band at the 'National Light Music Band Festival,' where she won second place and the 'Most Impressive Young Singer' award for her rendition of 'Thi Tham Mua Xuan' by composer Ngoc Chau. This marked the beginning of her professional music career. Over the years, My Linh has participated in numerous prominent music events both in Vietnam and internationally, becoming one of the most beloved female singers in the country.
In 1998, My Linh married musician Anh Quan, marking a pivotal change in both her personal and professional life. She began exploring Soul and Funk music, and released one of her most successful albums, 'Toc Ngan' (Short Hair). That same year, she embarked on her first nationwide tour, 'Tieng Hat My Linh,' which was a resounding success in Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City. Her second nationwide tour in 1999, 'My Linh and Friends,' covered cities such as Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau, Nha Trang, and Hai Phong. After these extensive tours, My Linh took a brief break to prepare for her next album, 'Toc Ngan II,' which was released in April 2000.
My Linh has toured extensively worldwide, performing in numerous countries including China, Thailand, South Korea, Russia, Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Switzerland, the UK, Cuba, the USA, Canada, and Australia. She is also the Vietnamese artist with the most albums released domestically. My Linh lives with her husband and three children: Anna (Truong My Ha), Truong Anh Duy, and Truong My Anh.
In her free time, My Linh enjoys cooking and caring for her children. She also maintains a regular exercise routine, working out each morning at the Clark Halch gym in the Sofitel Hotel Hanoi. My Linh's greatest achievement in recent years has been the success and stability of her children's lives. 10. Hong Nhung
Le Hong Nhung, popularly known by her stage name Hong Nhung, affectionately called "Bong," was born on March 15, 1970, in Hanoi. She is a renowned Vietnamese singer who has received 8 nominations for the prestigious Cong Hien Award. Nhung played a crucial role in revitalizing Trinh Cong Son’s music in the early 1990s. As one of the leading figures in Vietnamese music, she is recognized as part of the country's iconic 'Diva' quartet. Hong Nhung won the 'Most Popular Singer' award from the Làn Sóng Xanh music program for seven consecutive years.
As one of the most influential figures in contemporary Vietnamese music, Hong Nhung's artistry is known for its diversity. She has collaborated with numerous acclaimed composers beyond just Trinh Cong Son, including Dương Thụ, Quốc Trung, Đức Trí, Hoài Sa, Dương Khắc Linh, and Thanh Bùi. She has never confined herself to a single genre, embracing various musical styles.
