1. Bùa yêu – Bích Phương – 96,018,987 views
At exactly midnight on May 12th, Bích Phương released the music video for "Bùa yêu" to the excitement of her fans. Not only marking her return after "Nói Thương Nhau Thì Đừng Làm Trái Tim Em Đau", "Bùa Yêu" drew attention as it was released at the same time as Sơn Tùng M-TP's "Chạy Ngay Đi".
"Bùa Yêu" was written by three music producers: Tiên Cookie, Phạm Thanh Hà, and DươngK, in the Pop genre. It is the first Vietnamese song produced by a team of three musicians who collaborated on every step of the process, from the concept and songwriting to lyrics and arrangement. Not only catchy, "Bùa Yêu" also stands out with its fresh lyrics and unique vocal techniques that align with international music trends, all delivered through Bích Phương's skillful performance.
In the music video, Bích Phương adopts a mysterious, alluring look, a stark contrast to her usual innocent and feminine image. The story revolves around a love affair between a Vietnamese girl (played by Bích Phương) and a charming foreign guy, model Nhikolai Đinh, who falls for her at first sight.

2. Thằng điên – Phương Ly & JustaTee – 65,875,197 views
“Thằng điên” is arguably one of the most promising Vietnamese songs in recent months. It's not a melodramatic ballad, nor a trendy Latin track, yet it still made a huge impact. The music video for "Thằng điên" went viral online within just two days of its release, generating a buzz similar to hits like “Chạy ngay đi” and “Bùa yêu.” On Zing MP3, the single has 2.8 million listens, topping the #zingchart, surpassing Nguyen Trong Tai’s Hongkong1 and Mr. Siro’s emotional ballad “Càng níu giữ càng dễ mất.”
The response from audiences has been largely positive. The MV has been praised for its emotional depth, meticulous attention to detail in each scene, and stellar performances, while the music has captivated listeners with its catchy melody and the perfect partnership between JustaTee and Phương Ly.
The video features two main characters played by Lâm Vissay and Phương Ly, both of whom stand out as unconventional figures. Their unexpected meeting and growing affection for each other, creating beautiful memories together, forms the heart of the story. “Thằng điên” makes a dress for the girl, teaches her how to gaze at the starry sky. Together, they dance in the streets, carefree, full of dreams. The dance and the starry sky evoke the same romantic spirit found in the famous film, La La Land.
The MV is particularly moving in its final scenes, not in a tearful way, but with a sense of regret that the relationship couldn't progress further. As Phương Ly, the crazy girl, faints, Lâm Vissay, in his “crazy” state, continues dancing, doing playful acts to wake her up, leaving viewers choked with emotion.
The MV may be short, but it captivates with a cinematic-quality storyline, and the performances of Lâm Vissay and Phương Ly are impressive. JustaTee also makes a brief appearance, but his role adds an emotional layer to the story.

3. Rời bỏ - Hòa Minzy – 51,650,103 views
The music video for "Rời bỏ" by Hòa Minzy captivated viewers with its story of a healthcare worker falling for a handsome swimmer. The male lead, with his idol-like looks reminiscent of a Korean star, quickly gained popularity, and fans eagerly searched for his social media links.
It’s been revealed that Hòa Minzy’s new love interest is Trần Quốc Anh, often known as Yoon Trần. The 19-year-old has become a familiar face, having appeared in MLee's MV and modeled for several fashion brands. Standing at 1.86 meters tall, with a strong, masculine face and modern, youthful style, Yoon Trần is often mistaken for a Korean.
Yoon Trần first appeared on Vietnam’s Next Top Model in 2014 at just 16 years old. Although he was eliminated early, his passion never wavered, and today, he is a student at Hanoi's Tourism College.

4. Hongkong1 – Nguyễn Trọng Tài & San Ji & Double X – 32,196,798 views
The MV for "Hongkong1" released on October 12, 2018, received a lot of praise from audiences. Viewers complimented the actress’s innocent, charming appearance. Her name is Trần Huyền My, born in 2000 in Hanoi. A current intern at a talent agency, Huyền My hasn’t officially debuted yet, but her face made a lasting impression on director Khương Vũ, who invited her to star in the video.
The MV's visuals, color palette, and set designs were inspired by iconic 1990s Hong Kong cinema. The use of harmonious lighting, clever camera angles, and artistic visual effects helped set the melancholic, wistful tone that matched the song’s emotional narrative.
"Hongkong1" tells a bittersweet love story, where the male protagonist walks through familiar streets, reflecting on the most beautiful moments of a past romance. Notably, the scene where Nguyễn Trọng Tài, embodying a heartbroken yet poetic figure, sits with friends reminiscing about love and spontaneously singing a few lines from the song is a nod to the original viral clip, where the young singer sang "Hongkong1" at a table with friends after a night out.

5. Có ai thương em như anh – Tóc Tiên ft. Touliver – 26,686,253 views
After teasing the track for two days, at 7:00 PM on July 18, 2018, The Voice 2018 coach Tóc Tiên released the music video for her comeback song "Có ai thương em như anh". This melancholic ballad narrates a love story filled with heartbreak. The song tells the tale of an unfinished romance, where the girl doesn’t blame the guy because he loved her deeply and always wished her happiness, even though they were no longer together.
The music video adds even more layers of pain to the story. The girl faces invisible pressures from strangers, which causes her to distance herself and argue with her boyfriend – the one person in the crowd who truly understood her. In a moment of loss of control, she pushes him away and ultimately hurts herself.
The man still loves her dearly, but she – perhaps – has become like a living corpse, emotionally dead. In her final moments, the man continues to bring her flowers, as he always did, even though he is now an old man, and she is a woman lying in a coma, motionless, on her hospital bed for years.
Tóc Tiên’s music video features contemporary dance with an artistic flair, and the entire MV is shot like a short film. This project is a collaboration between musician Bùi Công Nam, producer Touliver, director Kiên Ứng, screenwriter Nguyễn Minh Kiên, and a large production team.

With its unique music and bold imagery rated 16+, Chi Pu's music video for "Mời anh vào team em" quickly reached 2.4 million views, securing the 5th spot on YouTube's trending chart at the time of release. This track marks Chi Pu's return to the Vpop scene after a six-month hiatus. Just one day after its release, the MV had already surpassed 2.4 million views, holding the 5th position on YouTube's trending list in Vietnam. This success wasn’t unexpected, as the video had been a topic of discussion since its launch. However, the video also received significant backlash with 32,000 dislikes, which is a third of its likes, suggesting that many viewers were not fond of Chi Pu's bold, sexy new image.
Released on November 27, "Mời anh vào team em" is a unique musical track penned by Đạt G, with Masew handling the production. The visuals in the MV are tagged 16+, leaving viewers stunned by the provocative and daring scenes featuring the former hot girl Chi Pu.
In the video, Chi Pu transforms into a beautiful yet bold farm owner who seduces a thief, played by Korean actor Jin Ju Hyung. Dressed provocatively, Chi Pu captivates the audience with numerous scenes of her removing her outfit, often teasing with near-nude displays or performing sensual pole dance moves.
While the MV is a polished production with well-thought-out settings and color schemes, Chi Pu's styling, attire, and expressions sparked controversy. Many felt her portrayal was overly sexualized, inappropriate for her usual fanbase, and raised questions about her shift to a more daring persona.

9. Chạm đáy nỗi đau – Erik & Mr.Siro – 130,803,167 views
"Chạm đáy nỗi đau" marks the first-ever collaboration between two prominent names in the Vietnamese music scene, Erik and Mr. Siro. This ballad, with its gentle melody and poetic lyrics, blends Vietnamese, English, and Korean languages. Just a few hours after its release, the track quickly entered the top 5 on the Zing Chart, currently holding the third position.
When asked about this collaboration, Erik denied any intentions of riding on the coattails of Mr. Siro's fame from the hit "Em gái mưa." He explained that when he first approached Mr. Siro to write a new song for him, the composer didn’t make any promises and simply responded, "I'll study your voice further."
Over a month later, Erik received the demo from Mr. Siro. Upon hearing the first few lines of "Chạm đáy nỗi đau," Erik instantly fell in love with the song and was eager to start recording.
At the same time, the music video for the track, directed by Đinh Hà Uyên Thư, was in the works.
