- 500g red pumpkin
- 1 liter unsweetened fresh milk
- 1/2 can condensed milk (preferably Longevity brand)
Instructions:
- Peel and remove the seeds from the red pumpkin, cut it into small pieces (about 2cm).
- While cutting the pumpkin, the smaller the pieces, the easier and quicker the steaming and grinding process.
- Steam the pumpkin with a pinch of salt. If you don't have a steamer, you can use an electric rice cooker.
- Once the pumpkin is soft, transfer it to a large bowl and mash it with a spoon or use a blender to make it smooth.
- Add 1 liter of unsweetened fresh milk, coconut water, and condensed milk to the mashed pumpkin. Mix well to blend the ingredients.
- Next, pour the mixture into a large pot, heat it over medium heat, and stir continuously to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
- Simmer until it boils, then turn off the heat. Let the milk cool completely before transferring it to bottles or jars for refrigeration.


2. Almond Bliss Milk

Instructions:

- Finally, let the corn milk cool, pour it into a glass bottle, and store it in the refrigerator for gradual consumption over 3 – 4 days.


4. Dogwood Nut Milk
In reality, dogwood nut milk contributes to weight gain, although not significantly. For individuals, the weight maintained by this milk type is due to its high fat content and a rich nutritional profile encompassing essential nutrients, minerals, and vitamins.
- 100g dogwood nuts
- 50g black sesame seeds
Tools:
- Blender or slow juicer
- Strainer/nut milk bag
- Milk pot
- Milk jug
- Glass bottle
Instructions:
- Soak dogwood nuts for 2 - 4 hours, rinse with boiling water, and let cool.
- Roast black sesame seeds until fragrant or soak them for 8-12 hours (changing water every 2 hours).
- Place soaked dogwood nuts and black sesame seeds, along with 1 liter of boiled and cooled water, into a slow juicer or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the blended mixture using a strainer or nut milk bag to extract the milk.
- Pour the strained mixture into a pot, heat over low flame, and stir continuously.
- Continue simmering the milk over low heat for 10-15 minutes, then turn off the heat. Your dogwood nut milk is ready to enjoy.


5. Coconut Elixir

- Coconut meat
- Filtered water or coconut water
- Boil water in a pot.
- Then, place the coconut meat in a grinder, adding the heated water until it covers the coconut meat.

- Scoop the soaked soybeans into a blender with filtered water to grind the mixture smoothly.
- Use a filter bag or cloth strainer to filter out the soybean residue, repeating 2-3 times to completely remove the soybean pulp.
- Pour the filtered soy milk into a pot, add the cleaned pandan leaves, and place it on low heat, stirring gently continuously to avoid lumps.
- After cooking the milk for about 30 minutes, add condensed milk and sugar to enhance richness and sweetness. Cook for an additional 30 minutes, then turn off the heat, pour into a cup, and enjoy.
Note: It's advisable to consume only about 500ml of soy milk per day for adults and 300ml for young children. Excessive consumption may lead to side effects such as bloating, indigestion, diarrhea, etc.
