She emerged from the Miss Vietnam Transgender contest, which was hosted by international transgender queen Hương Giang. With her sharp wit, eloquent speech, and confident demeanor, she was crowned Miss Vietnam Transgender on April 8, 2023, in the presence of her family, friends, and fans who supported her journey. Known for her sweet, captivating beauty and strong, dynamic personality, it’s no surprise that she clinched the crown at just 23 years old.
Before becoming a public figure, Dịu Thảo shared that she became self-sufficient early on, working jobs such as serving in a noodle shop and selling clothes. At 12, she realized her true identity but kept it hidden out of fear of judgment. In 2018, she began her gender transition in pursuit of living as her authentic self. During this process, she received unwavering support from her mother, who encouraged her to live joyfully and proudly, using her voice and influence to help others like her. This support from her family helped shape Dịu Thảo into the confident, beautiful, and strong queen we see today.
After the competition, Dịu Thảo seized the chance to explore modeling. She showcased her talents at the fashion show for designer Adrian Anh Tuấn’s “Thong dong” collection on April 13, 2023, at The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram golf course. 2. Đỗ Nhật Hà
Nhật Hà, born Đỗ Nhật Tân in 1996, began her gender transition surgery at the age of 20. In January 2019, she won the title of Miss 'Chinh phục hoàn mỹ' and went on to represent Vietnam at the 2019 Miss International Transgender competition in Thailand. When you meet Nhật Hà in person, it's hard to believe she is transgender due to her soft, feminine appearance and gentle, sweet voice.
Despite being relatively young, Đỗ Nhật Hà's beauty is on par with some of the most renowned transgender beauties, whether it’s compared to Hương Giang or other international figures. Not only does she have a stunning, delicate face, but her figure is equally flawless, which is why she is often ranked among the top transgender beauties in Vietnam.
Thanks to her constant learning and dedication, Đỗ Nhật Hà has explored and succeeded in various roles such as a TV host and model. In 2022, after teasing her fans with hints, Đỗ Nhật Hà officially entered the Miss Universe Vietnam 2022 competition. She became the first transgender contestant in the pageant, breaking new ground for the transgender and LGBT community. 3. Phùng Trương Trân Đài
Phùng Trương Trân Đài gained widespread recognition as the winner of Miss Vietnam Transgender 2020. Before rising to fame, she was the youngest of six children in a family where her father was a carpenter and her mother ran a business in Ho Chi Minh City. From a young age, Trân Đài was aware of her true gender identity and yearned to live authentically. At just 15 years old, while still going through puberty, she made the brave decision to undergo gender-affirming surgery. Despite facing immense physical and emotional challenges, Trân Đài successfully transitioned, embracing her true self with strength and resilience.
In 2020, Trân Đài returned to Vietnam from the United States to participate in the “Đại sứ hoàn mỹ 2020” competition, a televised reality show for Miss Vietnam Transgender, hosted by international transgender queen Hương Giang. It was during this competition that Trân Đài publicly revealed her transgender identity. After three months of fierce competition, she triumphed, being crowned Miss Vietnam Transgender 2020. She went on to represent Vietnam at the Miss International Transgender competition in 2022 in Thailand. With her stage presence, confidence, and flawless beauty, Trân Đài impressed throughout the competition. Unfortunately, she ended the grand finale in the Top 6, which left her fans both proud and disappointed.
Now, with her striking looks, alluring style, and strong personality, Trân Đài has worked with many top designers, such as Chung Thanh Phong and Adrian Anh Tuấn. She frequently walks the runway as a model, showcasing her powerful, graceful, and decisive catwalk.


4. Nguyễn Đan Tiên
Nguyễn Đan Tiên is arguably one of the most disappointing contestants in the 2023 Miss Vietnam Transgender pageant. With her flawless features, beauty, confidence, and talent, Đan Tiên won the hearts of the audience and secured multiple personal victories, leading many to predict she would win the crown. However, in a surprising twist during the grand finale, Đan Tiên finished in the Top 6, leaving her fans and viewers shocked and saddened.
Before beginning her journey of living as her true self, Đan Tiên became aware of her gender identity at the age of 11. She opened up to her parents about her feelings, but was met with denial. It was her grandmother who supported and encouraged her during these difficult times. In 2017, Đan Tiên bravely began her first surgeries to transition, and today she stands as a confident and beautiful woman in front of the public.
Since transitioning, Đan Tiên has been presented with numerous opportunities, including photo shoots for lookbooks, as a model for advertisements, and in music videos. Her charm has won her widespread admiration from the online community.


5. Hy Sa B - Hoài Sa
Hy Sa B, whose real name is Bùi Hải Sơn, was born in 1991. She works as a sales associate for a tech company. Hy Sa B made history by winning the title of Miss Beauty in 2015, becoming the first-ever transgender beauty queen in Vietnam. She was also the official representative of Vietnam at the Miss Transgender International competition in Thailand in 2016. Hy Sa B is known for her delicate, feminine features and undeniable beauty.
For a long time, Hy Sa B has been praised for her graceful, stunning, and alluring appearance. If you were to meet her in person, it would be difficult to tell that she is a transgender woman, as she boasts a sharp face and a flawless figure that makes her simply mesmerizing to look at.


6. Lương Mỹ Kỳ
Lương Mỹ Kỳ, also known as "the lô tô queen" Lương Trung Kiên, first gained attention for her witty and charming personality on shows like Người Bí Ẩn, Thách Thức Danh Hài, and Giọng Ải Giọng Ai. In late 2019, she publicly revealed her gender transition, and since then, she has transformed into a strikingly feminine beauty with a sizzling physique.
From a young age, Mỹ Kỳ recognized a difference in her gender identity. Determined to live as her true self, she embarked on her gender-affirming journey in late 2019. By 2020, she entered the Miss Transgender Vietnam competition with a determined spirit, and after her hard work, she was crowned First Runner-up, earning the right to represent Vietnam at Miss International Queen 2023. However, she later chose to pass on the international competition opportunity to someone else.
In addition to her standout face, Lương Mỹ Kỳ boasts a perfect hourglass figure and a waistline that leaves many in awe. She also made waves in several game shows, leaving a lasting impression on famous hosts Trường Giang and Trấn Thành.


7. Nguyễn Phạm Tường Vi
Nguyễn Phạm Tường Vi became a notable transgender beauty queen when she competed in the Miss Beauty Ambassador contest in 2020, organized by International Transgender Queen Hương Giang. With her flawless beauty, sharp features, high nose, bright smile, and captivating eyes, Tường Vi amazed both the judges and the public. Hương Giang herself praised Tường Vi, saying: "If we judged just by your face, you could easily be Miss Transgender Vietnam." Her elegance, self-confidence, and charm helped her win many challenges during the show, earning her a large fanbase. However, despite her outstanding performance, Tường Vi fell short of the crown, finishing as First Runner-up, which left her fans deeply disappointed. Nevertheless, her appearance on the show significantly boosted her popularity, and she gained a loyal following.
After the competition, Tường Vi embraced a feminine and alluring style in both her personal life and career. Her beauty has only grown, and many believe she rivals the top beauties like Hương Giang. 8. Hương Giang Idol
Hương Giang Idol, born Nguyễn Ngọc Hiếu in 1992, first gained attention on the Vietnam Idol stage, not only for her singing talent but also for her gender transition. In 2010, she traveled to Thailand to undergo gender-affirming surgery, enduring immense physical and emotional pain on her journey to becoming her true self. Her story of bravery and self-assertion captured the hearts of many, with her transgender journey becoming a headline topic. Her popularity soared after she advanced directly to the Vietnam Idol 2010 Gala, topping the viewer votes. Hương Giang is widely regarded as the most beautiful transgender celebrity in Vietnam, with a beauty so striking that even cisgender women envy her.
In 2018, Hương Giang represented Vietnam at the Miss International Queen pageant in Thailand, where she triumphed over 27 other contestants to be crowned Miss International Queen. She also won the Talent and Media Personality awards. Following her victory, she went on to become a coach on the Vietnamese show, Vietnam's Next Top Model, alongside former Miss Vietnam Nguyễn Cao Kỳ Duyên, and became a permanent advisor on the popular show Who's That Girl?, which achieved high ratings. At the age of 33, Lâm Khánh Chi fulfilled her long-held dream of transitioning, traveling to Thailand to undergo gender-affirming surgery, and officially adopting her new identity. From that moment on, Lâm Chí Khanh transformed into Lâm Khánh Chi, marking a new chapter in her life.
Since her transition, Lâm Khánh Chi has become a media sensation, appearing in numerous events and making headlines. With her delicate features, slender physique, and flawless skin, she quickly gained recognition as one of the most beautiful transgender singers in Vietnam.

10. Tô Ngọc Bảo Linh (Lynk Lee)
Tô Ngọc Bảo Linh, born as Tô Mạnh Linh on October 24, 1988, is a Vietnamese singer, songwriter, and YouTuber, better known by her stage name Lynk Lee. She gained recognition from the underground music scene and indie music culture.
Lynk Lee was born male, under the name Tô Mạnh Linh, but from a young age, she demonstrated a natural talent and passion for music. At six years old, she began participating in local and school performances. By the age of twelve, she had started writing her first songs. Lynk Lee also excelled academically, graduating high school with honors and passing the university entrance exam in 2007, later enrolling in the English department at Hanoi Open University. In early 2020, Lynk Lee underwent gender-affirming surgery in South Korea.
After publicly transitioning, Lynk Lee completely redefined her identity. She transformed her personal Facebook page to reflect her new gender and adopted a feminine way of addressing herself. However, this change sparked controversy among some fans who found it difficult to accept the transformation of the once-slim, youthful Lynk Lee. The artist shared that 80% of the comments on her new profile picture were filled with debates and criticism from fans.
