1. Extraterrestrial Beings
There have been images and videos capturing scenes of extraterrestrial beings and their mode of transportation, identified as unidentified flying objects (UFOs). However, the U.S. government and developed countries worldwide are still keeping the research on extraterrestrial life confidential. Hopefully, in the not-too-distant future, we will have more information about extraterrestrial beings. Speculations about extraterrestrial life range from humanoid forms to bizarre ones depicted in science fiction movies, even to smaller life forms such as bacteria and viruses.
Most scientists believe that if extraterrestrial life exists, its evolution has occurred independently in various places across the universe. Another hypothesis suggests that extraterrestrial life may have a common origin and then dispersed throughout the universe, from one habitable planet to another. It is also proposed that if we discover extraterrestrial life and civilization close to us, they either have evolved far beyond us or are still in a very primitive state. Speculations about extraterrestrial beings range from humanoid forms to bizarre ones depicted in science fiction movies, even to smaller life forms such as bacteria and viruses.

2. Flight 401 Mystery
'Seeing is believing,' scientists often acknowledge as they tend to deny supernatural phenomena. However, there's one case that left scientists truly perplexed, haunted by mysterious spirits returning to life. The story unfolds 46 years ago, originating from the flight with the number 401 of Eastern Air Lines that crashed in the swampy area of Florida, claiming many lives. It was the second worst air disaster and concealed the most unusual factors in the history of U.S. aviation. On December 29, 1972, the Lockheed L-1011-1 Tristar aircraft, piloted by the crew consisting of Captain Bob Loft, a seasoned aviator with over 30 years of experience, First Officer Albert John Stockstill, and aviation engineer Donald Louis ‘Don’ Repo, along with 10 flight attendants and 163 passengers, was en route to Miami International Airport after departing from John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York at 9:20 pm.
At 11:32 pm, as the Lockheed L-1011-1 Tristar was preparing to land, First Officer Stockstill noticed that the landing gear indicator light did not illuminate, warning the crew that the nose gear of the aircraft was stuck. When the crew realized the issue, it was too late. Flight number 401 crashed into the swamp below at a speed of 363 km/h. The aircraft's belly hit the swampy surface, releasing the entire fuel load, turning a portion of the swamp into a dark, brightly lit fire. Engineer Don Repo survived on the way to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries. A total of 97 people perished (including the entire crew) out of 176 people on flight number 401. Its horrific magnitude ranked it second in the list of worst air disasters in the United States. However, the story didn't end there. Shortly after the accident, strange stories began circulating in the U.S. aviation community about eerie encounters with the deceased crew under various mysterious circumstances.

3. Enigmatic Faces in Belmez
The second mysterious phenomenon involves enigmatic faces in the town of Bélmez de la Moraleda within a house in Spain, enduring for over 30 years and remaining an unexplained mystery. In 1971, Mrs. Maria discovered peculiar human faces on the floor in front of the fireplace. Subsequently, her husband used a birdbook to break the floor, replacing it with a different cement slab; however, a week later, the faces reappeared on the new cement. The family sought experts to explain this supernatural phenomenon.
Upon excavating beneath Mrs. Maria's house, they found numerous human skeletons just below the fireplace floor, most lacking heads. These skeletons were carefully buried, and a new brick floor was laid. Several weeks later, new faces with varied expressions reappeared. For over 30 years, the peculiar fireplace floor of the Pereira house has been visited by researchers, scientists, and TV reporters. Scientists explained the phenomenon as a combination of kitchen chemicals with light. However, based on research, these faces also emit sounds and deform over time, making the scientists' explanation unsatisfactory, and the phenomenon remains an enigma to this day.

4. The Human Magnet
Liew Thow Lin, a Malaysian citizen over 70, possesses extraordinary abilities. His body can attract a significant amount of metal objects, with a total weight of 36 kg and a maximum weight for each object up to 2 kg. Thanks to this extraordinary ability, Mr. Liew once pulled a car using a metal piece on his body. The Human Magnet amazed people when placing a steel sheet under his armpit, tying one end of a rope to the steel sheet, and the other end to a bus. He then pulled the bus over a 3.4-meter stretch in less than a minute. Liew discovered his unusual ability after reading an article about a family in Taiwan with metal-attracting capabilities. He became curious and placed metal objects on his abdomen, finding that they adhered tightly.
Mr. Liew's extraordinary ability is genetically inherited. His three sons and two grandchildren also have similar abilities. Scientists from the University of Technology Malaysia found no magnetic field in Mr. Liew's body. According to them, his skin has high friction, creating a 'suction effect.' His body acts like a giant magnet bar that can attract objects made of iron and steel. Most astonishingly, he resembles a character from X-Men, capable of controlling and harnessing this extraordinary ability. Researchers and scientists also discovered that his two grandsons have similar capabilities.

5. The Woman Growing Metal
A woman has had to live with this peculiar condition for the past 17 years. Following the sensational news in various newspapers, the Indonesian Ministry of Health has intervened to find the cause of this bizarre phenomenon. During the initial examination, doctors and experts discovered the presence of metallic threads inside her body. Currently, there is no similar case or scientific explanation. The woman's name is Noorsyaidah, a 40-year-old kindergarten teacher living in the village of Sangatta, East Kutai. Noorsyaidah began experiencing strange symptoms in 1991. Threads of metal started emerging from her chest and abdomen. In the first week, they fell off, but a month later, they grew back and never fell off again. They continued to grow.
One of Noorsyaidah's sisters mentioned that she helped her sister cut the tangled threads, but after cutting, they sprouted again, not only that, they grew in many other parts of her body. Four health experts are seriously examining this issue; they have tried various methods to treat Noorsyaidah, but all have failed. They took an X-ray of her abdomen and found more than 40 metal threads inside her body, and some of them were trying to emerge. They resemble a living organism. The metallic threads can move and change position at will, so the doctors have to use a magnet to determine their exact location. When they protrude from the skin, it causes Noorsyaidah pain as if she is being pricked with needles.

6. Electric Conductor
Phan Hong Nhut, commonly known as the Electric Conductor, born in 1972, residing at 65/16, Bac Street, Ward 4, My Tho City, Tien Giang Province, has the ability to touch and conduct electricity without any reaction. He discovered this ability when he was just 5 years old, playing with electric toys, everyone would get shocked, but he remained unharmed. He was a professional dancer training and performing international dances, but as he grew older, he lost the ability to perform. Remembering his electrical conductivity, he traveled and performed nationwide. In 2014, he participated in the Talent Search - Vietnam’s Got Talent, gaining recognition and fame for his unique ability.
Moreover, the human body is a very special electrochemical system, capable of generating a tiny amount of energy, enough to create a slightly tingling sensation when unintentionally rubbing against an object. That's also why when you accidentally touch your hand to a metal doorknob, the negative charge on the body will continue to increase until it generates a weak electric charge between the hand and the doorknob, suddenly sparking a flash, creating a slightly tingly sensation in the hand. Hair is also prone to static electricity, standing upright in dry weather, lacking moisture in winter. You may notice in winter, every time you take off your hat or remove a woolen coat, there will be crackling sounds, or your hair will stand up in a quirky way.

7. The Enigmatic Ghost Island
Hy-Brasil is a mysterious island appearing on maps from 1325 to the early 1800s. According to Irish folklore, the island is always shrouded in mist year-round, except for one day every 7 years. Even when it does manifest, it's notoriously challenging to locate. For centuries, the legendary tales of Hy-Brasil spread throughout Europe. It was often described as a promised land of saints, a heavenly paradise, or an advanced and desirable civilization. The island is also known as Hy-Breasal, Hy-Brazil, Hy-Breasil, and Brazir, names derived from Breasal, meaning the 'Supreme King' in Celtic history.
Captain John Nisbet's crew is said to have encountered a wise old man who gifted them gold and silver. This man claimed the island is inhabited by black rabbits and mysterious wizards. In a subsequent exploration, Captain Alexander Johnson affirmed the discovery of Hy-Brasil, confirming the findings of Captain John Nisbet. In the following years, Hy-Brasil Island continued to elude detection. Attempts to locate it once again ended in failure. Mapmakers started removing its name from nautical charts. The last time the island was depicted on a map was in 1865, simply labeled as the 'Brazil Rock.'

8. The Time Tunnel
On July 2, 1955, Flight 914 took off from New York to Florida and mysteriously vanished. The rescue teams found no wreckage, speculating the plane might have crashed into the sea, leading to the presumed death of all passengers. This remains an unexplained mystery. The time tunnel is one of the greatest enigmas in history that experts and scientists are attempting to decipher. During its journey, the plane vanished without emitting any distress signals. Despite extensive search and rescue efforts, Flight 914 was never found. Surprisingly, 37 years after disappearing, on May 21, 1992, Flight 914 suddenly reappeared in Venezuela. All passengers returned home safely, shocking their families as they seemed unchanged, still retaining the appearance of 1955. Many believe that Flight 914 entered a time tunnel, causing the people on board to remain ageless despite 37 years passing. This is an unexplained mystery.

9. The Island that Can Autonomously Split and Merge
Located in the Pacific Ocean, a unique island has drawn immense attention from experts and the public alike. This island autonomously splits into two smaller ones and then merges back together. There are instances where it divides into two, with a measured distance of around 4 meters, only to autonomously reunite after 1-2 days, or sometimes 3-4 days. This natural phenomenon is truly fascinating and warrants further research and exploration.
