1. Rap Monster (BTS)
South Korean media reports that Rap Monster, born in 1994 and a member of BTS, has become the proud owner of a luxurious property in the prestigious and expensive Nine One Hannam complex in Seoul. His apartment is valued at approximately $5.7 million, covering an area of about 293.93 square meters. Previously, RM had purchased a $4 million condo in Hannam The Hill, where other BTS members also reside, a renowned and exclusive building in Asia.
Located near the Han River and Namsan Mountain, Rap Monster's multi-million dollar home is equipped with a four-step security system and offers amenities such as a banquet hall, golf course, swimming pool, and a gourmet dining area with meals prepared by hotel chefs. The property has much to offer to its celebrity residents. It is said that RM paid for the property in full, without taking out a loan. The official transfer deed was sealed on May 25, 2021. His apartment spans a total of 293.93 square meters, including facilities, with 244.34 square meters being the usable living space (just the rooms and bathrooms).


2. Jimin (BTS)
Jimin, born in 1995 and a member of BTS, purchased an apartment in the prestigious Nine One Hannam complex, which is the most expensive residential area in Seoul and often referred to as the 'Beverly Hills of Korea.' His new home is of similar size to Rap Monster's, with an area comparable in square footage. Jimin bought the property on March 31, 2021, for approximately 5.9 billion won (around 5.3 million USD), paying in full with cash. Located in a prime spot between two subway stations and at the heart of the trendy Hannamdong district, each apartment in this complex comes with luxurious features like a grand bathtub and a spacious walk-in closet.
Jimin's residence in Nine One Hannam will include three bedrooms, a master bedroom, a study, a living room, a dining area, a large kitchen, and an additional utility room. With this multi-million dollar purchase, Jimin and fellow BTS member RM are now neighbors to some of the biggest names in the Korean entertainment industry, such as G-Dragon, So Ji Sub, and Jun Ji Hyun. Additionally, Jimin had previously bought a 3.9 million USD property in Banpo Jugong, near the Han River, which is set to increase in value after undergoing restoration and renovations.


3. Lee Chanhyuk (AKMU)
Lee Chanhyuk, born in 1996, debuted at just 17 years old with his sister Lee Suhyun as part of the sibling duo AKMU. Known for his roles as a producer, songwriter, and composer for the group, Chanhyuk’s success in music is undeniable. In 2017, it was revealed that Chanhyuk had registered 39 songs with KOMCA, earning him approximately one billion won in royalties. This earned him the reputation of being a 'copyright-rich' idol. 4. V (BTS)
After leaving Hannam-dong, where he had lived with his BTS bandmates, Kim Taehyung, better known as V, born in 1995, decided to invest in real estate in Gangnam. His Apelbaum apartment, valued at 4.55 million USD, covers an area of approximately 282 square meters. Apelbaum is a popular residential choice among celebrities due to its tight security and views over the Han River. V paid for the property in full with cash, without taking out a loan. The spacious 282.73-square-meter apartment reflects BTS's efforts to achieve success on an international scale.

5. Suzy
Suzy has become one of the wealthiest South Korean singers under 30 with her luxurious property. Her expansive apartment, located in a modern European-style town complex in the upscale Nonhyeon-dong district, one of the priciest areas of Seoul, is listed for approximately 3.2 million USD. The former miss A member revealed she lives alone in the stunning space, which boasts elegant and flawless interiors, a large entryway, and a shoe closet. Rosé from Blackpink resides in one of the most expensive districts of Seoul, just a few steps away from the BTS headquarters. Unlike her colleagues, the 1997-born singer currently lives in a luxurious apartment in the bustling Yongsan district. The lower level of her building is a shopping area accessible to the public. Rosé's apartment is located just across from Jisoo, who lives at Yongsan Central Park Harrington Square, also the former residence of Lisa. Additionally, the Yongsan Prugio Summit is only a 5-minute walk from the BTS office, making it common to see BTS and New Jeans in the area.
