1. Beef Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts
Ingredients: Beef: 300g, Scallions: 2 stalks, Bean sprouts: 100g, Chilies: 5 pieces, Garlic: 3 cloves, Shallots: 1 bulb, Fish sauce, soy sauce, cooking oil, Common spices. Method: Clean and deodorize the beef by soaking in diluted salt water for about 10 minutes, then rinse several times with water and drain. Cut the beef horizontally into bite-sized pieces. Wash the scallions, chop finely. Peel and crush the garlic, chop finely. Peel and chop the shallots finely. Slice 2 chilies for dipping sauce, leave 3 whole chilies for stir-frying. Wash and drain the bean sprouts. Marinate the beef with 2 teaspoons of MSG, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, mix well and marinate for about 10-15 minutes. Heat a pan, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, garlic, and shallots, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the marinated beef, stir-fry for about 5 minutes over medium heat until the beef is about 80% cooked, then remove to a plate. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the pan, add the bean sprouts, stir-fry for about 2 minutes over medium heat until the bean sprouts shrink slightly, then add ½ teaspoon of MSG, 1/3 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ tablespoon of sugar, ½ tablespoon of fish sauce, reduce the heat and add the cooked beef, stir-fry for about 3 minutes, then add 3 whole chilies and scallions, then turn off the heat. Make dipping sauce by mixing 2 sliced chilies with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce in a bowl. Beef Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts served with hot rice will enhance the deliciousness.


2. Egg Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts
Ingredients: Bean sprouts: 300g, Chicken eggs: 2 eggs, Coriander, scallions, fresh chili, shallot bulb, Common spices. Method: Remove the roots of bean sprouts and wash them. Crack chicken eggs into a bowl and beat until evenly mixed. Remove wilted leaves and roots from coriander and scallions, then wash and drain them. Wash and finely chop the chili. Peel and finely chop the shallot bulb. Heat a pan, add oil and wait for it to heat up, then pour in the eggs to form a thin layer. Fry until the eggs are cooked, then transfer to a plate. Continue frying until all eggs in the bowl are used up. Cut the fried eggs into small pieces. Add a little cooking oil to coat the pan evenly. When the oil is hot, add the chopped shallot bulb and sauté until fragrant. When the shallot releases its aroma, add the bean sprouts and stir-fry evenly. Then add the fried eggs, season with spices to taste, and add chili if desired. Turn off the heat, transfer the bean sprout and egg stir-fry to a plate, sprinkle with scallions and coriander, and serve hot with rice.


Ingredients: Bean sprouts 200g, Minced meat 200g, Shallots 2 bulbs, Scallions 2 sprigs, Cooking oil 1 tablespoon, Common spices (salt/msg/chicken powder/ground pepper) a little. Preparation: Soak bean sprouts in diluted saltwater for about 5 minutes, then rinse with clean water and drain. Wash and cut scallions into finger-length pieces. Peel and finely chop shallots. Marinate minced meat with shallots, 1 teaspoon msg, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon chicken powder, 1 teaspoon ground pepper. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes for the meat to absorb the seasoning. Stir-fry minced meat with bean sprouts: Heat a pan, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. When the oil is hot, add all the marinated minced meat to the pan and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the meat is cooked and dry. Next, add the bean sprouts and 1/2 teaspoon msg to the pan, and stir-fry together with the minced meat for another 2 minutes. Finally, season to taste. Sprinkle with chopped scallions, ground pepper for extra flavor. Finished product: Bean sprout stir-fry with minced meat emits an attractive aroma from the scallions and ground pepper. The bean sprouts are cooked to retain their crispiness, while the minced meat is firm and flavorful. This dish is best served hot with white rice!
Bean Sprout Stir-Fry with Minced Meat


Ingredients: Squash 1 fruit, Bean sprouts 100g, Shallots 2 bulbs, Chili 1 fruit, Cooking oil, Common spices. Preparation: Peel and clean the squash, then cut it diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Remove any spoiled parts of the bean sprouts, soak them in diluted saltwater for about 15 minutes, then rinse with clean water and drain. Peel and slice shallots. Remove the stem of the chili, wash it thoroughly, and slice it. Heat a pan, add 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil. When the oil is hot, add the sliced shallots and sauté until fragrant, then add the squash and stir-fry for about 3 minutes over high heat. Next, add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for another 1-2 times with medium heat, then season with 1/2 teaspoon of msg, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of chicken powder. Mix well and stir-fry for another 2 minutes, adjust the seasoning to taste, then turn off the heat. Transfer the dish to a plate, garnish with a few slices of chili for added flavor. Finished!

Ingredients: Chicken hearts, gizzards: 3 pieces each, Green bean sprouts: 300g, Cornstarch: 1 teaspoon, Spring onions, coriander, Dried shallots: 1 bulb, Cooking oil, MSG, Seasonings, Pepper.
