The flowers of the Amaryllis emerge from the stalk and typically bloom in clusters of two to three. The flowers are trumpet-shaped with six symmetrical petals, and a golden stamen and pistil extend outward beautifully from the center.
The ideal time to plant Red Amaryllis is between October and November, as the temperatures during this period promote healthy growth. By April, the flowers will bloom vibrantly. It's important to avoid planting the bulbs too early, as they could suffer from heat stress if planted after April.
