1. Embrace Your Manhood, Not Womanhood
Affirm your identity as a man, head held high and feet firmly grounded. Eat like a man, drink like a man, train like a man. And always steer clear of cosmetic surgery addiction.

2. Prioritize Bros over Hoes

5. Refrain from criticizing your friend's partner for their looks
That's not your girlfriend. Instead of making sarcastic comments or expressing disdain for the girl's appearance, wish happiness for your buddy. Just because you're not attracted to that girl doesn't mean your friend isn't.

6. Show respect, refrain from speaking ill of your buddies
There will be instances when others try to pull you into speaking negatively about your buddies. For example, 'A's wife doesn't look good, blah blah blah...'
Express your unwillingness to participate and steer the conversation in a different direction. You should respect your buddies' family, work, and finances. Of course, their partners are no exception.

7. Inform your buddies if their partners cheat or deceive
Life is full of ironic situations. Some might be singing karaoke when someone calls girls over to join. Ironically, one of the girls happens to be your buddy's partner. The situation might be awkward, but in the end, I advise sharing the incident. Because letting your friend know if their partner is cheating or deceiving is an unwritten rule among buddies.

8. Minimize creating gender misunderstandings
Avoid looking down when someone changes pants, maintain a one-basin distance when nature calls, and don't cross arms over while sleeping, etc. Don't let gender misconceptions ruin the bond between buddies. Once that thought takes root, it takes a lot of time for the other person to stop thinking and obsessing about it.

9. Avoid letting buddies drive when intoxicated
Drive your buddies home if you're sober enough, take a taxi, or if necessary, hide the car keys and bring them home later. Don't challenge fate by downing drinks recklessly and ending up in the hospital due to an avoidable accident: 'Well, couldn't handle it, so what's the point in trying?'

10. Lastly, say 'I don't know' when your buddy's partner asks:
It's not about covering up, but it's best to let your buddy handle it on their own. Keeping mum is what a good sibling would do, not a true buddy.
