10. Hanoi University of Culture
Hanoi University of Culture was established on March 26, 1959, by Decision No. 134/VH-QD of the Ministry of Culture. Currently, it is the largest university under the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.
Over the past 50 years, the university has trained tens of thousands of cultural officers who are now working across the country.
