Procedure
- Rinse the fresh mung beans thoroughly.
- Dissolve rock salt in an adequate amount of water.
- Soak the mung beans in saltwater for about 15 minutes to remove impurities, dust, and remaining bacteria.
- Remove the mung beans and rinse them with clean water.
- Place the mung beans in a juicer and extract the juice.
- Consume immediately after extraction.
