Singer Hương Giang Idol, born as Nguyễn Ngọc Hiếu and later changed to Nguyễn Hương Giang, was born on 29/12/1991 in Hanoi. She is a female singer, actress, model, and TV host in Vietnam. She is known as a beautiful transgender singer and won the international transgender beauty queen title in 2018.
Initially born as a male, Hương Giang realized her feminine nature from a young age. Starting from high school, she developed a hobby of dressing up and styling her hair like a girl while studying and working part-time. After saving enough money, Hương Giang underwent gender reassignment surgery in 2011 in Thailand.
In 2010, Hương Giang participated in the talent search competition (Vietnam Idol) but was eliminated early. In 2012, she registered for the fourth season of the Vietnam Idol music talent search competition, becoming the first transgender contestant in the show. In October 2013, Hương Giang released her debut album Thủy ngân. In March 2014, she released her autobiography Tôi vẽ chân dung tôi, sharing her views on gender, life, and her transgender journey.
In 2014, Hương Giang participated in the reality show The Amazing Race Vietnam season 3 with her partner Criss Lai, winning the competition. On May 20, 2016, Hương Giang Idol released the song Mùa để yêu thương. The song reflects the initial emotions of love. In August 2016, Hương Giang released the music video Em không hối tiếc. She mentioned that this is one of her favorite music videos, and one day, when not under the pressure of a reigning beauty queen and the Top 1 Trending on Youtube position, she will appreciate it even more. 2. Trúc Nhân
Trúc Nhân, born as Nguyễn Trúc Nhân, on November 30, 1991, is a Vietnamese male singer. He gained fame through his participation in the first season of The Voice of Vietnam. Throughout his career, he has won the Cống hiến award three times.
After graduating from high school at Trần Nguyên Hãn High School, he moved to Ho Chi Minh City and pursued a degree in Graphic Design at Văn Lang University. It was during this time that he chose singing as his career. Trúc Nhân participated in The Voice of Vietnam in 2012, being a contestant in Team Thu Minh and making it to the Top 8 of the competition. From this point, he officially started his professional career as a singer.
After The Voice of Vietnam, Trúc Nhân released the mini-album Đông, including well-loved songs like Gió mùa về, Mercy, and Đông. Trúc Nhân received support from his mentors, singer Thu Minh, music producer Nguyễn Hải Phong, and other composers while working on this album.
After collaborating with singer Văn Mai Hương on the song Tìm, Trúc Nhân continued his partnership with Trương Thảo Nhi on the song 'Bốn chữ lắm'.
