- 100ml water
- 1 purple sweet potato

- Mix flour with water and spread it thinly on a pan.

- Place a layer of flour on top of the egg, then lay lettuce on top, spread another layer of flour on top of the lettuce, and place the sweet potato on top before tightly rolling it up.

Ingredients:
- 3 slices of sandwich bread
- 2 eggs
- 3 slices of cheese
- 3 sausages
- Remove the crust from the bread and roll it flat with a rolling pin until soft and thin.
- Beat the eggs with a tablespoon of water and a pinch of seasoning.
- Heat a pan and spread a thin layer of oil. Then pour a thin layer of beaten egg into the pan, quickly layering the bread, cheese, and sausage on top.
- Turn off the heat and gently roll up the egg until it is completely cooked.
- Repeat the process with the remaining 2 bread slices.
