In 1995, Venerable Lý Sang mobilized followers to contribute to building a Sa La (monastic residence) as it stands today.
The architecture of Sóc Lớn Pagoda reflects the overall design of a Khmer pagoda, including classrooms, Sa La, main hall, Buddha shrine tower, and more. Being a temple of Theravada Buddhism, the statues mostly date back to 1937 and earlier.
