- 1.5 ripe bananas
- ½ cup unsweetened yogurt

- 3 or 4 strawberries
- ½ small container unsweetened yogurt
- ½ cup low-fat milk

- Rinse strawberries.
- Put orange and strawberries in a blender.
- Add unsweetened yogurt, low-fat milk, and ice cubes.
- Blend for one minute.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.

4. Citrusy Green Tea Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe orange
- 1 banana
- 2 teaspoons pure green tea powder
- ½ cup unsweetened fresh milk
- 1/3 small container unsweetened yogurt
- 1 scoop whey protein

- Ripe mango: 1/2 fruit
- Yogurt: 10ml
- Sweetened condensed milk: 100ml

- Peel, wash, and cut mango into small pieces.

- Add fresh milk, yogurt, continue blending until smooth.
- Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of condensed milk, and ice cubes as desired. Blend until smooth.

- 100ml unsweetened fresh milk
- 50g sugar

Ingredients:
- 1/4 watermelon
- 1 can of Vinamilk fresh milk
Instructions:
- Cut watermelon into chunks and refrigerate.
- Put watermelon into the blender.
- Add the chilled Vinamilk fresh milk.
- Blend watermelon and milk for 2 minutes.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.

12. Papaya and Orange Smoothie
Ingredients:
- Orange: 1 piece
- Papaya: ½ piece
- Lime: 1/3 piece
- Ice cubes
- Peppermint ice cream: 2 small spoons
Instructions:
- Peel and seed the papaya, peel the outer skin of the orange, and squeeze the lime for its juice.
- Put papaya and orange in the blender, add lime juice.
- If the orange and papaya are not cold, you can add ice or Sherbic peppermint ice cream for an extra chill!
