MC Trường Giang, whose full name is Võ Vũ Trường Giang, was born on April 20, 1983. He is a Vietnamese comedian and TV host. Before gaining fame in comedy, Trường Giang was also a musician and scriptwriter. Born as the second youngest in a poor family with six siblings, he hails from Tam Kỳ, Quảng Nam. After completing high school, he failed to get into the Đồng Nai Teacher's College. He then enrolled in the Vietnam College of Theatre and Cinema but was expelled multiple times due to financial difficulties. In 2007, after performing as an extra for a friend, he was discovered by the late artist Hữu Lộc, who invited him to join the Nụ cười Mới Theatre.
Trường Giang's career took off in July 2011 when he was invited by singer Đàm Vĩnh Hưng to write a script and perform in the comedy sketch "Khó" during the Bước Chân Miền Trung live show. MC Thành Trung, born in 1983 with the full name Võ Thành Trung, is a popular comedian and TV host. Following this, Công Tố became a TV host for VTV6's Youth Program, appearing on shows like Ghế không tựa and Chung cư 22+. Thanh Bạch was the first professionally trained TV host in Vietnam after 1975, quickly establishing his reputation with children’s music programs such as Bé khoẻ bé ngoan (2000–2001) and Tuổi thần tiên (Fairy Age), both produced by Phương Nam Film Studio and Hòa Bình Theatre. He also hosted major Vietnamese shows like Miss Vietnam (Tiền Phong Newspaper), Duyên dáng Việt Nam (Vietnam’s Charm), and Một thoáng Sài Gòn (A Glimpse of Saigon). He is widely recognized as one of the pioneers in bringing television game shows to VTV3, and has hosted a variety of popular shows such as 'SV 96,' 'SV 2000,' 'Trò chơi thi đấu liên tỉnh,' 'Đấu trí,' 'Chiếc nón kỳ diệu,' 'Hãy chọn giá đúng,' 'Chúng tôi là chiến sĩ,' 'Ai là triệu phú,' 'Trò chơi âm nhạc,' as well as more recent programs like 'Không giới hạn - Sasuke Vietnam,' 'Quý ông đại chiến,' 'Ký ức vui vẻ,' and 'Cơ hội cho ai.'
After completing his studies in Hindi at Tashkent University in the former Soviet Union from 1975 to 1981, Lại Văn Sâm returned to Vietnam but faced difficulty finding suitable work. He briefly worked in Russia as a translator before finally choosing to settle back in Vietnam. In June 1988, he rejoined VTV just as the European Football Championship took place in Germany. This period was challenging, as VTV's resources were scarce, and the commentary shows were limited to replays. However, it marked the beginning of his involvement in live broadcasts, such as the 1988 Seoul Summer Olympics, the first live sports event covered by VTV.
