3. Nguyen Tat Thanh University Library
The Nguyen Tat Thanh University Library was established in 2007 with a modern, youthful design. The library features a wide range of books, spacious reading rooms, and collaborative study areas, including self-study zones and even a sports area. 4. Information Center, University of Culture Ho Chi Minh City Library
The Information Center, University of Culture Ho Chi Minh City Library has made tremendous efforts to meet the research, teaching, and learning needs of faculty, students, and staff. With a strong commitment to educational excellence, the center continuously strives to uphold and further develop the university's high standards of quality.
After undergoing an education quality assessment based on the Ministry of Education and Training’s Circular No. 12/2017/TT-BGDĐT, the library embarked on a project to transform its space into a more open, inviting environment starting in the 2019-2020 academic year. The aim was to create a welcoming atmosphere for library users, enhancing their experience while using the library’s resources.

5. Information Center, University of Law Ho Chi Minh City Library
The University of Law Ho Chi Minh City Library was established in 1996. On December 3, 2010, the university rector issued Decision No. 1539/QĐ-ĐHL, renaming the library to the Information Center – Library, which operates as part of the university.
The Information Center Library at the University of Law Ho Chi Minh City is responsible for collecting, storing, and disseminating educational and research materials for faculty, students, and staff both within and outside the university. In order to enhance the teaching and learning process, and in response to the increasing trend of online education, UEF has developed an extensive online library. 9. Van Lang University Library
Since its founding in 1999, the first campus of Van Lang University has served numerous generations of students, becoming an iconic educational landmark over the past two decades. After a complete renovation in 2019, it now stands as one of the most modern educational facilities in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. With nine floors, a total campus area of 1,224 m², and a constructed floor space of nearly 10,000 m², the main campus currently houses departments such as Foreign Languages, Architecture, and Law.
Built and operated according to a smart campus model, the library provides access to nearly 40,000 academic resources. Some of the regulations regarding computer usage at Van Lang University Library: The library’s computers are for research, educational, and healthy recreational purposes only. Users are prohibited from installing software or modifying hardware settings during use. Data should be stored on personal devices, and users must refrain from visiting inappropriate websites or accessing content that violates Vietnamese cultural values or the law. Computers must not be used to transmit harmful information related to national security or engage in activities that could harm individuals or organizations. Users must power down machines and return furniture to its proper place after use.

10. University of Economics and Law Library
University of Economics and Law Library was established under Decision No. 90/QD/DHKTL-TCHC-2010, signed by the rector of the University of Economics and Law on July 1, 2010. This was based on the previous Decision No. 159/QD/KKT-2004 which formed the Library Unit within the Faculty of Economics at the University of Danang in 2004.
Since its founding, the library has strived to become a recognized center for information in the fields of Economics, Business, and Law, both in Vietnam and internationally. UELlib integrates advanced technology solutions for managing digital libraries and smart libraries, including Sierra library management software, self-service checkout stations, 24/7 automated return stations with sorting capability, security gates, data conversion machines, RFID barcode scanners, photocopy and scanning machines, and other tech solutions.
The library has also expanded its network of partnerships with prestigious universities across Vietnam, including the University of Law Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi Law University, Hanoi Supreme Court University, University of Banking Ho Chi Minh City, and University of Open Ho Chi Minh City. UEL has signed memorandums of understanding for "Exploring and Developing Open Educational Resources" with 26 universities across Vietnam and agreements for resource sharing with 30 universities in Southeast Asia through the AUNILO network.
