2. Oat Milk Delight
Ingredients:
- 200g oat flour
- 1 liter water
- 15ml honey
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions:
- Soak oat flour in water for 20 minutes, then strain and rinse to remove excess starch.
- Blend oat flour and cinnamon with water, then strain using a cloth.
- Bring oat milk to a boil, add honey, and stir well.
- Let it cool and enjoy.


3. Brown Rice Milk
Ingredients:
- 100g brown rice
- 350ml unsweetened milk
- 100g brown sugar
- 1 liter water
Instructions:
- Rinse brown rice thoroughly and toast it over low heat until fragrant.
- Cook the rice with 300ml water on low heat until soft.
- Blend the cooked rice, strain it, and press firmly to extract all the rice essence.
- In a pot, bring 700ml water, unsweetened milk, and brown sugar to boil, then add the rice water and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let the milk cool and store it in the refrigerator.


4. Pumpkin Elixir
Ingredients:
- 1 small pumpkin
- 800ml distilled water
- 800ml fresh milk
- 1/2 can condensed milk
- 100ml coconut water

- Peel and deseed the pumpkin, slice it, and boil until it becomes soft.
- Blend the pumpkin into a smooth mixture and mix well with condensed milk, coconut water, and fresh milk.
- If the mixture is too thick, you can add more water or ice.


5. Hazelnut Elixir

- 500ml fresh milk
- 30g sugar
Method:
- Peel and extract kernels from corn cobs, rinse, and blend.
- Boil the blended corn, add milk, and sugar.
- Strain the milk and enjoy.


10. Almond Peanut Nut Milk
Ingredients:
- 50g peanuts
- 50g walnuts
- 15g brown sugar
Method:
- Cut peanuts in half, grind walnuts.
- Put the ground nuts into a soy milk maker.
- Add water up to the designated mark of the machine. Turn on the machine in the cereal-making mode!Tip: If you don't have a soy milk maker, you can use a blender by putting peanuts and walnuts in the blender, pouring about 600ml of water slowly and blending until smooth. Then, pour the blended mixture into a pot, add a bit more water, stir well, filter through a cloth, simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
- Grind the brown sugar finely and microwave for 1 minute.
- Then, pour the sugar into the milk, stir well. If you like it cold, you can add ice cubes!

Ingredients:
- 15g glutinous rice
- 15g brown rice
- 500ml pure fresh milk
- 500ml hot water
- Sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- Sift the rice to remove dust.
- Roast the rice in a pan over low heat. This step takes about 10 minutes. Be careful not to burn the rice; otherwise, the milk will be discolored. When the rice is roasted, some grains will pop open. If you prefer white rice milk and want a roasted aroma similar to coffee, roast the rice until it turns golden.
- Now, dissolve fresh milk in hot water. Then, pour in the roasted rice.
- Let the rice soak in the milk for about 10 minutes!
- Next, place the milk pot on the stove, simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes until the milk is almost boiling, then turn off the heat.
- Strain out the rice.
- Finally, just dissolve sugar in the milk and let the milk cool. It tastes better when chilled.


13. Black Sesame Soy Milk
Ingredients:
- Soybeans: 200g
- Black sesame seeds: 30g
- Pandan leaves: 6 stalks
- Filtered water: 1 liter
- Sugar: to taste
Instructions:
- Soak the soybeans for about 4-5 hours until they are soft. Rinse them thoroughly with water and drain.
- Roast the black sesame seeds until fragrant.
- Blend black sesame seeds, soybeans, and water in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture into a cloth bag and squeeze to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Squeeze until the amount of soy milk obtained is almost equal to the initial amount of water, ensuring that all the soybean residue is extracted.
- Pour the soy milk into a pot, add the cleaned pandan leaves, and cook over low heat. Once the milk boils, reduce the heat and simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add sugar to taste. Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
- Pour the soy milk into a glass, and you can enjoy it hot or cold.
Requirements: The milk should have the natural aroma of black sesame, a natural black color, and not overly sweet. Cooking the milk over low heat prevents it from boiling over or becoming scorched. The milk should have a smooth and fragrant soybean taste.
