Mae Nak's Ghost is a film revolving around an ancient Thai legend that has been retold countless times in books, TV shows, and movies. According to Thai folklore, a beautiful pregnant woman named Nak died giving birth while waiting for her husband, Mak, to return from war. Upon his return, Mak finds his wife and child waiting for him, but the neighbors try to warn him that he is living with a ghost who was killed. Eventually, Mak realizes his wife is a ghost and attempts to flee. Unlike in other retellings, Mae Nak's Ghost has a modern twist, but certain elements of the famous story remain intact.
15. Ladda Land

Ladda Land is an award-winning horror film following a wealthy family as they move to Ladda Land, a high-end housing estate in the outskirts of Bangkok.
