- Clean the chicken wings, marinate with various spices for 10 minutes.
- Fry until golden on both sides, slowly pour coca cola into the pan, simmer for 10 minutes, add sesame oil to taste.

Instructions:
- Clean the chicken, cut into medium-sized pieces (about 4cm), and marinate with half of the chopped onions & garlic + 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon MSG. Marinate for at least half an hour.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the remaining onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant, then transfer the chicken for a quick fry until golden.
- Transfer the chicken to another pan, add enough coconut water to cover the chicken. Cover and simmer over low heat until the chicken is tender and most of the water has evaporated. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Simmer until the water is completely gone, then turn off the heat and serve.

Ingredients:
- 8 chicken wings: cleaned, use toothpick to pierce the wings
- 12 shiitake mushrooms: soaked, cleaned, and chopped
- Chinese chives and scallions

- Chicken wings: 500g
- Oranges: 500g

Ingredients:
- 10 chicken wings

- 3 tablespoons tempura flour
- 100g cornstarch or tapioca flour
- 1 stalk scallion, finely sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Clean the chicken wings with water, add a pinch of salt, rinse with cold water, and let them dry. Put cornstarch in a small plastic bag, add a pinch of salt and black pepper, then shake well. Add the wings and continue shaking to coat them evenly.

Ingredients:
- 450g chicken wings
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions:
- Cut celery into sections, crush it. Peel and crush garlic. Heat a pot with some cooking oil. Add chicken wings, ¼ teaspoon salt, and a pinch of black pepper to the pot. When one side of the wings is golden brown, flip them to brown the other side.

- 200g sticky rice or cooked glutinous rice
- 20g green onions
- 5g oyster sauce
- 5g soy sauce
- 20g carrots

- Clean the chicken wings, then gently twist the wings along the joints to easily remove the bones. Marinate the wings with oyster sauce, soy sauce, and ground pepper for 20 minutes.
