1. Statue of Jesus Christ the King
- Address: Thuy Van, Ward 2, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau
Christ the King Statue – A symbol of the coastal city, it is a statue of Jesus placed on the top of Small Mountain in Vung Tau City. The statue is 32 meters tall, with the length of both arms being 18.4 meters, placed on a pedestal depicting Jesus and the 12 apostles. Inside the statue is a spiral staircase of 133 steps, running from the base to the neck of the statue.

To reach the statue, you have to climb 1,000 steps at a height of 500m, and the reward is that tourists will be able to admire the whole city from above with charming houses, pristine beaches along the white sand dunes,... feel the sea breeze blowing in when standing on the arms of Christ.
2. Ho May Tourist Area
One of the most famous attractions in Vung Tau is the May Lake tourist area. Situated at an altitude of over 210m, this place has a cool and gentle climate, allowing visitors to have a panoramic view of the city from May Lake. Therefore, this place is also known as the 'mini Da Lat' of Vung Tau.

3. Vung Tau Lighthouse
- Address: Located on the top of Small Mountain, Ward 2, Vung Tau City.
The Vung Tau Lighthouse is considered one of the symbols of the coastal city of Vung Tau. The architecture of this oldest lighthouse in Vietnam and Southeast Asia is a cylindrical tower, 18 meters high, with a diameter of 3 meters, and painted white.

Inside the lighthouse, there is a staircase leading to the top for visitors to admire the panoramic view of Vung Tau city. Travelers can move by car, motorbike, or trek up the mountain trail.
4. Pig Hill Area
- Address: Alley 222 Phan Chu Trinh, Ward 2, Vung Tau City.
In the past, Pig Hill was a place for stone exploitation, so few human footprints ventured here. In recent years, this 'wild hill' with its adorable name has been discovered and become an interesting destination for recreation, sightseeing, and photography.

5. Nghinh Phong Cape
- Address: 1 Ha Long Street, Vung Tau City
Nghinh Phong Cape is the longest stretch of land in the south of the Vung Tau peninsula. It's where the wind blows throughout the four seasons, hence the name Nghinh Phong, meaning 'welcoming the wind'. The cape forms two beaches: Vong Nguyet Beach and Huong Phong Beach, two large bays facing west and east.

On the island, when the tide is low, following the rocky path to the island, you will encounter a small temple called Hon Ba Temple. 7. Blue Stone Lake
- Address: Near the slope of Dinh Mountain, in Tan Thanh district.

To get here, you take national highway 51, pass the toll booth to Dinh Mountain intersection, then turn left and go straight through the alley next to Long Huong Church. After that, ask the locals, they will direct you to the lake the fastest. A note for tourists is that this area is quite dangerous so you should not swim here.
8. Lost in the fairy tale with Binh Chau National Forest
As a primeval forest running along the Xuyen Moc coast, Binh Chau National Forest is also where the forest meets the ocean. With a total area of up to 11,000 hectares, this forest has extremely diverse ecosystems with vegetation, lakes, and wildlife. Binh Chau National Forest is one of the most beautiful tourist attractions you must visit when traveling to Vung Tau.
