1. Have a Nutritious Breakfast
Nutritionists emphasize that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, providing the foundation for the most beneficial nutrients for health. Many nutritionists have identified the value of a quick breakfast, accounting for 1/4-1/3 (25-30%) of the total daily energy, so it needs to be the most nutritionally complete meal.
Breakfast is crucial, yet in today's busy world, many people tend to neglect or skip their morning meal. They believe they don't have enough time for breakfast, but skipping breakfast is the reason their bodies feel fatigued, unfocused, leading to a slower pace of work.

2. Drink filtered water in the early morning
According to some studies by modern medical nutrition experts, drinking a glass of filtered water in the morning right after waking up can prevent many dangerous diseases. After a night's sleep, the body loses a certain amount of water. Therefore, providing water to the body as soon as you wake up will help replenish the lost water, promote excretion, detoxify, and enhance blood circulation effectively.
For beginners, this is indeed a very challenging issue. Many people say that drinking water in the morning makes them feel nauseous and stomachache. Explaining this issue, nutrition experts from the United States have explained that drinking filtered water in the early morning is like a way to stir up the accumulated acid from the digestion process overnight, stimulating the contraction of the stomach, making you feel hungry and need to have breakfast. Many people who are used to this say that if they forget to drink filtered water in the early morning, they will find that breakfast that day is not as appetizing.

3. Fruit Juice Hydration
Fruit juice hydration involves using methods to extract the liquid from fruits and can also use vegetables to make juice, while retaining all the nutrients, including minerals, sugars, and vitamins that were originally present in each type of fruit, vegetable, or root vegetable. When juicing fruits and vegetables, it retains all the nutrients but removes the fiber, flesh, and skin of the fruit and vegetables that may not be good for your digestive system or health.
Science has proven that drinking fruit juice daily not only makes your skin look better but also the vitamins in fruits make your brain more alert. Fruits also provide your body with a certain amount of nutrients, dispelling feelings of fatigue and boredom.

4. Consume Abundant Greens
Incorporate a variety of green vegetables into your daily meals as they provide the body with essential vitamins and minerals. The body stores some vitamins for future use, while others cannot be stored and need to be regularly supplemented. These include B-vitamins such as B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, biotin, choline, folic acid, and vitamin C – water-soluble vitamins that cannot be stored in the body and require daily intake. All of these water-soluble vitamins are present in green leafy vegetables.
Include green vegetables in your daily diet as they are highly beneficial for health. Patients with heart and blood-related diseases are advised to consume more vegetables than fatty and starchy foods.

5. Moisturize After Shower
If your home has just welcomed a new member or you work in an environment with many little ones, you'll often see mothers applying oil to the soles of their baby's feet, hands, and behind the ears after a bath. These areas, rich in important nerves, benefit from oil application after bathing by quickly warming the body and effectively preventing bone and joint issues.
If you haven't adopted the habit of using baby oil or essential oils after bathing, it's time to start. Apply a bit of oil to certain areas of your body as mentioned above. It not only keeps your body warm but also prevents colds and leaves a pleasant fragrance.

6. Regular Exercise
Numerous studies indicate that just 30 minutes of exercise per day will keep you healthy, ward off illnesses, and maintain a more slender figure. Why does such a short daily commitment yield such significant results? During exercise, the metabolic rate increases, blood viscosity improves, allowing cells to receive more oxygen and nutrients from the blood. As a result, the oxygen flow increases from 8 liters (at rest) to 100 liters per minute.
It's not necessary to exercise every morning for optimal results. Standing up and walking after an hour of sitting at the office, stretching your shoulders, and flexing your legs after hours of work – such small actions can greatly benefit your bones and blood circulation.

7. Dessert Consumption
Dessert consumption is more prevalent in developed countries than in developing and less developed nations, including Vietnam. Desserts are considered a vital part of daily meals. However, many people either disregard this meal or are unaware of the proper way to consume it, which inadvertently affects their health.
There is a common misconception that eating fruits immediately after a meal diminishes the sweetness or induces a sense of fullness. However, the fiber and vitamins in fresh fruits are essential elements that aid in better digestion and nutrient absorption. For some acidic fruits like mangoes, oranges, and grapefruits, it is recommended to consume them after a meal to avoid potential harm to the empty stomach.

8. Drinking warm water before bedtime
Before bedtime, enjoy a warm glass of milk or drink warm water to ease into sleep. Limit starch intake in the evening as it may cause feelings of fullness, discomfort, and disrupt sleep.
Warm water enhances blood circulation, aiding your body in detoxification and promoting perspiration... Drinking warm water before bedtime helps keep you hydrated throughout the night and assists your body in eliminating unwanted toxins. It may also alleviate stomach discomfort.

9. Singing
One of the best and simplest ways to relieve stress is singing. Singing helps our lungs work more, improving air exchange. If you have many unspoken feelings, choosing a suitable song that resonates with your mood and singing out loud can be a highly effective way to dispel sadness. When singing, more air enters the body, and the blood vessels absorb more oxygen. As a result, you will feel more alert, and the pressure will dissipate, bringing you back to a balanced state quickly.
Other studies also highlight many benefits of singing, such as reducing blood pressure, regulating heart rate, and relieving stress. If you're feeling deeply angry or unbalanced, singing can be a great help. Immersing yourself in melodies will make you forget the anger and feel better.

10. Wash Hands Regularly and Properly
People often say, 'disease comes from the mouth,' not washing your hands before meals, after using the restroom, or coming into contact with items containing many bacteria is the fastest way to get sick.
In our daily lives, we often touch many things, so disease-causing germs can easily transfer from hands to mouth. Therefore, washing hands regularly is a simple but effective way to protect your health. Choose a gentle handwash extracted from nature for yourself and your family, wash your hands thoroughly every day, wash from your palms to your fingertips and nails, then dry your hands with a clean cotton towel to protect your skin.

If your sleep is problematic (insufficient, restless...), it will undoubtedly worsen your health over time. Therefore, find ways to create a deep and restful sleep as follows:
- Before sleeping, tidy up your bed, sheets, and pillows, make sure the bedroom is well-ventilated; otherwise, you will wake up feeling very tired.
- Choose the most comfortable sleeping position for yourself.
- After lying down, take a deep breath, relax your muscles, limit thinking, and create a sense of relaxation to easily and quickly fall into a good sleep.
- Don't forget to drink a glass of milk or warm water before going to bed; it will significantly improve your sleep.
You need to sleep moderately, from 6-8 hours per day. If you sleep too much, it will increase the burden on the brain's mid-sleep area, reducing physiological exchange to the lowest level, while also reducing sensory functions, reducing bone and muscle tension, and immune function, causing a range of diseases, especially slow blood circulation leading to heart attacks or strokes. Try to establish a habit of going to bed at 10 PM and waking up at 6 AM. Gradually, you will form a biological rhythm habit, even without an alarm clock, you will wake up at 6 AM with a comfortable and relaxed spirit. In the afternoon, try to take a 'quick nap' for 20 - 30 minutes to regenerate energy and make your mind more agile.

14. Practice Regular Personal Hygiene Daily
It's advisable to maintain the habit of having a bowel movement regularly, at least once a day, preferably at a fixed time (morning or after meals). This routine brings numerous health benefits such as improving digestive system function, reducing the risk of gastrointestinal-related diseases, minimizing the chance of developing hemorrhoids, preventing allergic reactions, and promoting an active and well-managed lifestyle.
Particularly, when having a bowel movement, focus is essential. Avoid distractions like reading newspapers or using your phone, and try not to prolong the process, as this is a significant factor leading to hemorrhoids.

15. Soothe Your Feet Before Bed
Your feet are often considered the second heart of your body, enduring the daily strain of body weight, constant movement, and the confines of high heels. Therefore, before bedtime, take 20 minutes to soak your feet in warm water infused with salt, brewed tea, or ginger. This ritual promotes healthy, soft feet, relieves pressure, releases tension from daily life, and contributes to a restful sleep.
Keep in mind to prepare foot soak water with a temperature not exceeding 40°C. Follow these recommended soaking times:
- For younger individuals, soak for 15-20 minutes.
- For older individuals, extend the soak to 20-30 minutes.
