The ant eggs are cleaned and stir-fried with fragrant shallots, then seasoned to taste. Stir evenly until you smell the fragrant aroma of ant eggs and the scent of shallots. When the sticky rice is thoroughly steamed, transfer it to a bowl, mix well with the stir-fried ant eggs, then put it on a plate.
