The college was born in the intense context of the resistance war against the US to save the country, when the whole nation faced the enemy with the power of 'Singing over the sound of bombs.' The 'cultural warriors' trained by the college timely contributed to the province's efforts to resist the destructive war on the homeland.
Along with the innovation and development of the country, the Cultural and Art College has gradually grown and developed.
