The Culinary Arts program at Ba Ria - Vung Tau Technical College of Technology provides in-depth knowledge and skills in the following areas:
- Cooking techniques for both Western and Asian cuisines, including essential ingredients, food preparation, and the creation of Vietnamese, international dishes, cakes, and beverages; skills in garnishing vegetables and fruits and preparing drinks.
- Menu design skills, as well as nutritional knowledge to meet the dietary needs of every guest.
- Food safety regulations and hygiene requirements in food preparation.
- Skills in preparing a wide variety of dishes in restaurants, hotels, and other food service establishments with various types of dining services such as buffets, à la carte meals, ensuring both nutritional value and food safety while catering to both local and global dining preferences.
The program offers two levels of training:
- Associate Degree: 2.5 years (5 semesters)
- Vocational Certificate: 2 years (4 semesters)

The Youth Cultural Center in Ba Ria - Vung Tau offers a wide variety of courses including English, tour guide training, photography, calligraphy, music, cooking, dancing, Vovinam, Taekwondo, volleyball, and more.
