1. TWO LOVES!
Poetry by Hong Linh
Did you dream of a castle on the sand?
In the evening by your side, I hear the sea singing softly
Waves in anger splash their foam wildly
The sunset mingles with the last rays of the sun!
Who knows where the sea's salt comes from?
I love you deeply, but for what reason?
Unspoken words, yet the sea remains forever deep
Waiting for the waves to turn gray with time
I dreamed each morning upon waking
To catch the fresh breeze with my hand
Walking with you towards the horizon
The salty air, weaving fate and destiny
The sea and I are as passionate as our breath
Sometimes angry for no reason, just because of love
I walk between two wonderful loves
The sea and you beside me, morning and night

2. SPRING OF LOVE
Poetry by Hong Linh
The morning sparkles with dewdrops
Sunlight breaks through the leaves, lighting your path
Young buds whisper softly in green
And verses weave a fragrant love, so tender
Spring spreads its fragrance at dawn
Your hair, scented with the linden, stirs my heart
Spring arrives, catching raindrops as they fall
Soft white clouds lift the long day into the sky
In dreams, my lips crave your gentle touch
Drunk on the season, leaves sleep by the fallen flowers
The bond of fate dyes the sky in vibrant hues
As beautiful as the silk robe you hang to dry by the door
The sound of a flute sings in the breeze
From you, the sunflowers dance gracefully
How can love be described in words?
Spring displays its colors, stitching the heart of the lover!

3. MARCH BLOSSOMS
Poetry by Hong Linh
When March arrives, do you think of me?
The red-flowered trees paint the streets in shades of pink
In the evening, without you, I wander through memories
Where a season of radiant flowers blooms within me!
As March comes, is there peace where you are?
I weave my love into the endless sky
Do you see the plums blooming white in the season?
You are not here, and the empty streets are filled with longing!
March returns, and I weave dreams into my poetry
Like the spring silkworm waiting for the sunny day
Time passes silently, in a rush
Waiting for you to return, to admire the blossoming flowers together!
March comes, and I sing my love song
Who waits for whom, in the season of blooming plums?
The wind follows the clouds across distant lands
Waiting for you to come back, forever longing for March!

4. THE POEM WITH THE FRAGRANCE OF GRASS
Poetry by Hong Linh
I walk among the season's red flowers
The wind in my hair sways gently in the afternoon
My words of love remain unspoken
Oh love, have you returned yet?
The verse still carries the warmth of the sun
A brief moment, an endless evening
The fluttering of my white áo dài by the door
Quietly calling your name in the winter
The poem smells of fresh grass
It leans and sways within the heart
Outside, the moonlight shines brightly
As the night deepens, my longing grows
The poem etches into my memories
Weaving days full of love and longing
I release my heart, letting go of fate
A lifetime, just a fleeting existence!

5. THERE WAS A FALL WHEN YOU PASSED THROUGH HERE
Poetry by Hong Linh
There was a fall when you passed through here
There was a season of love, as your áo dài fluttered by
This evening, a breeze carries the color of your eyes
Withered leaves cling to branches as we part
There was a time when innocence was absent
Since the flowers turned golden, the sunlight faded
Silence surrounds, closing off the wild heart
Do you know, the journey has no end?
There was a season when longing ripened into fruit
Falling into our lives as we said goodbye
Dreams unfulfilled, melting away like snow
A tear on a letter, moistening the paper
There was a time when memory called your name
Longing, like the moon, fell by the doorstep
The cold stars descended low
The flickering light of the night glows in the mist
There was a winter when I wandered alone
In a street corner covered in moss, with golden leaves
Old signs shattered in the depths of my heart
Two banks separated by a lone, quiet path

6. THE LANGUAGE OF LOVE!
Poetry by Hong Linh
You always ask me if I love you
I fumble, speaking in circles
I hesitate, calling you a stranger
I won't love you, won't ever marry
I tell you not to wait for me in the winter
If you love someone, just be honest
Spring is short, why waste time waiting?
The mustard blooms as the season turns
I hide my love beneath the river's flow
Why do you search for it in the fields?
As the rice ripens, your hair turns golden
Since I met you, my heart has wandered far
I hide my love in the winter's embrace
To see if anyone is truly sincere
My words of love are as fragile as smoke
Afraid the winds will change the season, wasting time
You give me a rose
Still asking if I love you
Why don't you look into my eyes?
I won't love you, won't ever marry!

7. AUTUMN WITHIN ME!
Poetry by Hong Linh
I walk through the autumn season
In foggy streets of Cali
The cold of a distant land
Lulls love into eternal autumn!
Collecting every fallen leaf
What is hidden in the evening mist?
Petals flutter, drifting away
Autumn rests in your eyes
Silk fabric sways in the breeze
Delicately weaving through the threads of time
Cradling a slender shoulder
The wind follows the season, lost in thought!
What is left in the scent of grass?
So that I continue to search for it?
What did you send on the wind?
Shaking the heart, making it tremble
The melody of a piano echoes
On a distant afternoon you passed through
Your touch stirred the waves of my heart
It met autumn, so intoxicating!
Pouring love into our promise
The chrysanthemums bloom, strangely beautiful
The memory of your arrival
Waits through an entire season of longing!

8. GOLDEN AUTUMN AWAITS
Poetry by Hong Linh
The evening sun sparkles on the river
Autumn turns the fields into golden blooms
A cloud casts its shadow at twilight
In a moment we're close, then we're apart
Measuring each drop of longing
The migrating birds tire as they come and go
You walk through the golden autumn
The sunset paints the horizon in light!
Without you, the days loosen their grip
The melody falters, sighing softly
The strings of fate lose their tune
The old garden sheds its leaves, blooming with a thousand flowers
The autumn night, clear and bright with moonlight
The stars shine through the mist and dust
Love is sung beneath the dreamlike moon
As we rest our heads, waiting for the love to return!

9. WINTER'S LONGING
Poetry by Hong Linh
Now winter surrounds you
The pine trees draped in a white snow veil
I wear the sweater you gave me
But still, it lacks the warmth of your embrace!
The wind rises, and tonight the cold bites
On this last day of the year, I walk alone through the streets
The sweater doesn't warm me like your breath
You used to wrap me up as we walked home late!
The long winter night is damp with chill
Amid the bustling streets, everything feels so crowded
The familiar corner has suddenly become strange
The quiet café fades into the crowd of passing strangers!
A distant hymn echoes in the cold
Each note lingers, touching the heart with its mournful tune
It brings back memories of a romantic love story
Leading me through this dark, cold winter night!
The late-night star, do you feel a tinge of sadness?
Alone in the vastness of the endless sky
Why do you wait in the dark for someone who may never come?
Do they miss me, too, or is it just me, waiting?
Late at night, I can hear the threads of my heart breaking...

10. AUTUMN MEMORIES

Poetry by Hong Linh
As the seasons change, the leaves are blown away
The final autumn afternoon fades in the dimming light
A leaf falls silently at the doorstep
The streets are still, empty as you walk past
The golden chrysanthemums have lost their charm
The sunset lingers behind the tree branches
The autumn wind carries an unfamiliar sadness
The bamboo grove withers, its golden leaves now brittle!
You said you loved me to the very end
Like the pine trees that never shed their needles
The path we once knew now feels distant
The evening smoke drifts, heavy under the fading autumn
Those days of fog seem so far behind
Memories of the hills return to me, cold and distant
I still feel the chill of the night when we walked together
The scattered petals bring memories I cannot forget
Though time has passed, my heart still remembers you
I wander, lost in a world of emptiness
And I mourn the time that passed so quietly
The autumn breeze whispers gently, marking the season's end.
Poetry by Hong Linh
You walked away, leaving behind the golden flowers
Autumn fades away, lost in memories of you
Who painted the sky so blue?
And who turned our love into mist and smoke?
You walked on, leaving the path behind
The pine trees, too, stood quietly, lost in sorrow
Pity the fate of the boat that sails alone
Why, my hero, leave the boat drifting in the vast sea?
Your words of love wove dreams into our lives
You led me to the edge of the horizon, where dreams dwell
The golden sun wove threads of hope in the air
Autumn passes, and winter comes, full of longing and expectation
Tell me why, love, does autumn's embrace never last long?
The deep river, how many bridges must it cross?
When you left, no promises were made, and now I search in vain
This afternoon, a quiet breeze sighs
The golden flowers are fading, my heart feels empty
Oh, the sadness of a falling autumn leaf
I stand alone in the current of life, lost and lonely!

12. SCENT OF GRASS
Poetry by Hong Linh
You sent me the fragrant scent of the grass
Filling the room with a sweet, lingering aroma
Though far away, your love is in every breath
It lingers on my lips, a kiss of affection
I sent you a bit of the golden afternoon sun
To weave a dream of when we shall meet again
Happiness lives in knowing you are my harbor
The fragrance of love speaks the words of my heart
The evening falls on our quiet street
The moonlight rests on the doorstep where we once waited
The scent of grass mixes with the golden sunlight
In this love, we vow to forever preserve it!

13. THE SMOKE OF EVENING!
Poetry by Hong Linh
I brought you home, and I stood still, lost in thought
The one I loved will never return
I carry your shadow with me forever
You were loved by so many, my dear sister!
The comb, a memento, still bears your name
It fell from my hands, and I could never let it go
Your long hair, the scent of flowers lingering
My love, I wait, heart aching, for you!
You promised to wait for me by the dreamlike riverbank
We would be together, bound by fate
On our wedding day, we would be husband and wife
But now, those simple hopes are shattered forever
The smoke of evening fills my lonely shadow
The day we met, you handed me a letter
At the border post, you stood guard
But the bomb fell, and it shattered my heart!
You stayed behind, among flowers and blue skies
I sang you lullabies, sweet dreams, my love
Tomorrow, I leave, carrying my young wife
Come with me, my love, we march on together!

14. LOVE ON THE SEA
Poetry by Hong Linh
Standing before the sea, I feel so small
With you by my side, there's peace all around
The evening drifts in, the boat bathed in twilight
Swallows circle, returning to their refuge
The sunset falls, leaving hearts in a daze
Before the blue sea, the waves surge and swell
The waves stretch out, reaching for the stars
Lighting the way to wherever we go!
In the vast, endless ocean, with no shore in sight
You take me to every corner of the world
Where the sea is green and the winds sing, clouds scatter
And the horizon cuts across the water's edge
I will follow you, even if our boat never reaches land
Whether the waves are calm or the tides rise high
Hand in hand, I will journey through every place
A place where time and space become one!
A place where love holds all its mysteries
Where everything enters a land of dreams!
With you, I find peace in this life!

15. THE DAY WE BECOME ONE
Poetry by Hong Linh
The day we became one
In pure white attire
The clouds drift toward the end of the street
Your hair flowing in the breeze!
The river flows gently
Silently watching us together
The flowers begin to bloom
The grass sways at the horizon
The warmth of love on our lips
Autumn spreads its embrace everywhere
The purple blooms of the Jacaranda tree
A distant paradise is not so far!
The season of falling yellow flowers
Brings love to its throne
Hand in hand, we walk together
Heading toward the end of the sky!
From that moment, we are together
What a wonderful love, oh my!
I love you more than words can say
I am the happiest in the world.

16. THE DAY YOU ARRIVED!
Poetry by Hong Linh
The day you arrived, you brought a cool breeze
The scent of love filled the air and my soul
The golden sunlight made me feel like it was sunset
The silent night, no more unspoken anger!
The day you arrived, my love was still hesitant
Could it be that we longed for a stranger?
I hear the echo of a song amidst the mountains
My heart stirs with every breath I take
The day you arrived, no more distance between us
Like parched earth waiting for a summer shower
The river sparkles, reflecting the stars above
My heart bathed in a new, sweet longing
An overwhelming emotion, too powerful to contain
Two souls in harmony, their love written in poetry
The heart in love can sometimes be so naïve
Forgetting the storms, waiting for the day to remember
The day you arrived, winter stepped aside
This happiness, I once thought was a dream
Our love, is it a journey without an end?
Through the storm, we sail toward the safe harbor!

17. PEACEFUL, YOU RETURN
Poetry by Hong Linh
This morning, I woke up
Sipping coffee alone
The birds chirped around me
Filling the air with songs near the temple yard
The river flowed in silence
As you reflected in its stillness
You dried your soul
Under the light of the morning sun
As dawn broke
I looked around me
Spring displayed its colors
The golden light turned rosy
Your poem captured my heart
Made me feel a stir within
You sat, counting the leaves
Forming a vast, endless sea
Spring shone in all its glory
Dewdrops rested on the branches
Flowers slowly bloomed
The fresh breeze blew
Your hair floated, a vision in the sky
The space between flowers and sun
As the day passed so gently
Spring had only just arrived
The clouds drifted into the distance
Peace, my dear,
Love, so wide and free
Peace, my dear,
Let’s welcome the spring together.

18. THE LOVE POEM I DARE NOT SEND
Poetry by Hong Linh
I wrote a love poem to the wind
As evening fell and the light of day faded
The sun pouted, refusing to shine bright
Accusing me of being unfaithful
Then one day, the sun failed to return
Winter arrived, tinting the flowers purple
Then one day, the trees sighed in longing
As winter wandered, searching aimlessly
I wrote a love poem to the sun
As twilight silently slipped away
The sea wept, its tears became salty
Its waves crashed, lamenting without cause
I dared not send my love to the sea
Fearing the boat would be lost, drifting far away
I dared not write a love poem to the waves
Afraid the rising tide would shatter everything
So, farewell, my love, I will keep
This love poem safe in my heart
To keep love ever bright
As Spring arrives, bringing calm days

19. WINTER STAYS BEHIND
Poetry by Hong Linh
You left, and winter stayed behind
The evening feels just like the old days
In your eyes, is there sadness and distance
Or is it just because the rain has fallen?
Whose lips left marks in the land of memories?
Golden leaves fluttering through the air
The season of love still lives in each breath
You left, leaving the cold shore behind
Old memories linger, ever so vivid
The moss fades, and your pink dress grows dim
You left, but winter remained
What flower floats down the river's stream?

20. GENTLE SPRING
Poetry by Hong Linh
You proudly wear a new dress by the river
The afternoon city is bathed in golden light, as your red dress shines
Thousands of flowers bloom, dropping their petals
Spring wakes up, gazing upon the city streets
Someone is drying their thoughts and feelings in the breeze
Lost in the season's embrace, forgetting the leaves that fall
From somewhere, music fills the air
Sweet are the words sung: 'Don't leave, my love'
Together, our love remains like a tranquil river
The evening sun casts a shadow over your hair, falling softly over your shoulders
Your steps are as light as petals falling from a flower
Wait for me as I gather the leaves to weave our love together
The garden of love opens a path, waiting for you
Plum blossoms bloom, as verses await your presence
You arrive gently into my life
You are the eternal Spring of this world!
