4. Bà Lý's fish cake noodle soup spot (spacious venue, easy to find, offering a variety of dishes): 566 Tran Hung Dao – Phan Thiet. Dishes available: fish cake noodle soup, pork meatball bread with fish cake, spring rolls. Serving hours: from 4 PM till night.

Twisty noodles
5. Xiu's noodle soup spot (serving both noodle soup and twisty noodles). Address: Kim Dong Street – Alley between Tran Quoc Toan Bookstore and BiTi Store 30 meters deep. Opening hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
6. Ánh Minh's twisty noodles kiosk at Phan Thiet market, where they pack in boxes for you to take away, very clean and hygienic.

7. Intersection of Thu Khoa Huan and Tran Hung Dao (near Sunshine Coffee). Opening hours: opens from 3 PM.
8. Corner of Tran Hung Dao and Tam Bien intersection, near Ancient Sound Coffee. These two spots start selling from around 4 PM until evening.

Pancake can
9. Mrs. Xu's spot on Ngư Ông Street, near Phan Thiet fish port, usually opens from 4 PM. The pancake cans here are highly praised by many tourists as the number one in Phan Thiet. You can enjoy pancake cans with a full dipping sauce including meat, pork meatballs, eggs, pig skin, pork fat, onions, mango, fish sauce and/or braised fish sauce. Pancake cans are continuously poured and served immediately after pouring. Opening hours: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
10. Lân Nguyệt pancake cans, number 8 Hai Thuong Lan Ong Street. Pancake cans are usually served on plates (1 plate with 5 pancakes) right after pouring, so the pancakes are very delicious when hot. The advantage of this spot is its affordable prices, so it's always crowded whenever customers come.

Sizzling pancake
11. Tuyen Quang Street, this is a famous street for sizzling pancakes, you can eat at any shop along this street. The most famous ones are Mango Tree and Phoenix Tree. If you don't like sweet, you should choose Phoenix Tree shop.

Quang noodle
12. Mrs. Mang's Quang noodle: located on Tran Phu Street, opposite Phat Hoc Pagoda.
13. Mrs. Phuong's Quang noodle: opposite the right hand side of Tuyen Quang school, although the price is a bit higher, but it tastes very delicious.
14. Quang noodle spot near Phan Boi Chau school. You go from Le Hong Phong Street, pass through the gate of Phan Boi Chau school about 200 meters, you look to the left you will see a shop selling chicken rice and Quang noodle. The shop only sells in the morning.

15. When in Phan Thiet, if tourists want to eat authentic pork intestine wrapped in thin rice vermicelli, they must head to Phu Long town, about 7km from Phan Thiet. There are nearly 10 eateries here along both sides of National Highway 1A. Especially on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays, diners come here in large numbers, sometimes filling up all the seats.

16. This dish is sold at the Health Department area near Phan Thiet train station in the afternoon from 3 PM to 7 PM.

Broken rice
17. My Hong Broken Rice is well-known for its deliciously marinated meat and tasty fish sauce. Especially here, there is a delicious broken rice dish with grilled pork belly that you cannot miss. Address: 198 Tran Hung Dao – Phan Thiet.
Squid teeth: Dishes made from squid teeth such as grilled, steamed, stir-fried, fried... served with pickles and cilantro are also popular choices for many when visiting Phan Thiet.
18. Grilled squid teeth spot near the old Phan Thiet train station (selling from around 3 PM until near dusk).
19. Grilled squid teeth spots on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street (the road to Doi Duong Beach). These spots usually open from around 3 PM onwards.

Flan cake
20. 'Dream Garden' flan cake spot at house number 394 Tran Hung Dao Street. The flan here is very firm and creamy, not soft and mushy like elsewhere. Perhaps because of its 'unnecessarily delicious' quality, the price of a flan cake mold is quite high. Opening hours: 07:00 – 23:00.
