1. SPRING IN HANOI
Poetry: Hương Giang
Oh Hanoi, why so sweet
So warm and incredibly beautiful
Ancient land with thousands of years of civilization
The elegance of Trang An forever shines.
Every street adorned with colorful flowers
Peach blossoms gently bloom, inviting
Look at the girl, so beautiful this morning
Her ao dai blending in the spring market.
Casting aside the hardships of the past
Hanoi leisurely and gently sways
A bit shy and hesitant
Her hair dances in the spring breeze.
Hanoi walks gracefully with spring
Like a love that nothing can hinder
The unfamiliar streets suddenly become familiar
The heart rejoices when hands touch.
Spring has arrived, Hanoi is ecstatic
The land is lush, trees budding
Do I love you enough
Like the sidewalks of the streets we once walked...
Let us welcome the spring sun
Nature dresses in new clothes
Peaceful happiness named Hanoi
With the love of passionate lovers.

19. SHINING OVER CHAU!
Author: Dương Quốc Nam
Rapid, daring, charging ahead,
The South liberated like a dream.
That spring was poetic indeed,
The unified country had long awaited.
Vietnam shines over Chau,
Victory over invasion for the People.
Pushing back Covid's spread,
Together with devotion, spreading life's love.
Celebrating victories everywhere,
Red flowers of victory adorn the homeland sky.
Thanks to the Party, Uncle Ho paving the way,
A prosperous people, a resilient and far-reaching country.
Celebrate victory, sing the anthem,
Vietnam wins every day./.

20. SONG OF JOY
Poetry by Hai Tien Do
Returning home, tears of mother shed
Streets filled with wishes shared
You come, leaning on my shoulder, collapsing
Tears in eyes, speechless.
When you left, mother's tears fell
I gazed fondly, tears longing
Only wishing in the heart
Your figure, a magnificent star.
Endless battles continue everywhere
Liberating the South as the Party commands
Helping the country escape from peril
Mother and I waiting through long nights.
You returned, that day arrived
Black hair speckled with silver, aging
Only me left waiting, anxiously
Mother has departed, far beyond reach.
Kissing the swollen eyes, overflowing with emotion
Your arms suddenly slack
To wake with a scream in dreams
Where your flesh and bones, you ... left behind.
Day after day, year after year, struggling
Beside your life, I had you
The wound in my heart evoking memories
Despite time flowing forever.
Fingers press, overcoming obstacles
Before the Temple, prayers offered
In all directions, wherever
Health and peace, self-reliance.
You return, unsteady on your feet
You return, leaving for me
Happiness awaited, exhausted with longing
We together build the future
Returning days always right, never wrong
At the core of the soldier's being
Amidst life's sidelines, unchanging
STILL INTACT IN ... THE SONG OF JOY.
