Leaving the defense exposed in a sudden twist
Duong Chinh crossed like a dream
Tien Linh leapt to head the ball past the goalkeeper

In the 21st minute, 1-0 for Vietnam
Seven minutes later, the attack surged
Duong Chinh, like an arrow, shot through
And scored again, making it 2-0

Down by two, the Cambodian side panicked
Desperately trying to recover
The more they pushed, the more they were torn apart

They fought aggressively in the semi-finals
Almost overpowering Vietnam
In just 20 minutes, Tiến Linh’s pass
Found Đức Chinh, who made a perfect header to score.

In the 26th minute, Đức Chinh struck again
The ball hit the net with a roar
26 minutes into the match, Vietnam’s lead was growing
But their energy began to wane.

The Vietnamese team played with ease
Coach Park made substitutions, resting key players
Understanding the strategy was clear
Save energy for the next battle.

We’ve gone 60 years without tasting gold.

This SEA Games, U22 shone bright
Defeating Indonesia, overpowering Singapore
Facing Thailand, a little injustice remained
As we fought against a two-goal deficit.

But adversity couldn’t stop us
We powered through to top the group
Thailand left, nursing their wounds
Vowing to come back stronger next time.

Cambodia, burning with passion
Launched an early attack
But by the end, their dreams shattered
They fell 4-0, even a penalty couldn’t save them.

The semi-finals left us anxious
But the final against Indonesia awaited
We’d already triumphed over weaker opponents
