1. Ton Duc Thang University
Ton Duc Thang University is a public university in Vietnam, under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. It originated as Ton Duc Thang University of Technology, established under Decision 787/TTg-QD on September 24, 1997, by the Prime Minister of Vietnam. On June 11, 2008, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan signed Decision No. 747/QD-TTg to rename Ton Duc Thang University from a semi-public institution under the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to a university under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
In September 2021, the global university ranking system placed TDTU in the Top 500 universities worldwide for the 2022 ranking. This was the first time TDTU appeared in the global rankings. In February 2022, THE World University Rankings announced the 2022 global young university ranking, with Ton Duc Thang University ranked 98th out of 790 universities. With this achievement, TDTU became the first and only university in Vietnam to enter the Top 100 Young Universities globally. In October 2022, TDTU maintained its position in the 401-500 range in the 2023 THE rankings.

2. Duy Tan University
Duy Tan University is located in the heart of Da Nang City, by the sunny shores of the Pacific Ocean. 3. Hanoi University of Education

7. University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City

15. Quy Nhon University
Quy Nhon University is one of the top three multidisciplinary universities in Central Vietnam. 30. Hanoi University of Science and Technology
Hanoi University of Science and Technology was established under Decree No. 147/NĐ on March 6, 1956, signed by the Minister of Education, Nguyen Van Huyen. It is the first technical university in Vietnam, initially tasked with training industrial engineers for the construction of socialism in Northern Vietnam and the liberation of the South.
