It can be said that the year 20... left a significant mark on our school. The most notable is that we now have a new, spacious school, clean and well-equipped classrooms. With such facilities, we can hope for dream-like academic results. However, a harsh reality is that the academic performance of our students in the past semester did not meet expectations (specific data can be mentioned). As a teacher, I deeply understand this, but it's also a real result. Consider it a lesson to remind yourselves. Don't be discouraged by these failures; instead, diligently study and absolutely avoid laziness and complacency. Know that your efforts are the greatest motivation for teachers to continue refining their teaching skills, steering the boat of knowledge toward success.

There's a saying: 'On the path to success, there are no footprints of the lazy.' Indeed, in life, few achieve success without facing difficulties and hardship. No one achieves success without 'sweat and tears.' Diligence and perseverance are always the most important factors to quickly reach the road to success. Each teacher, with the mission of nurturing good citizens, works to impart solid knowledge to the students for their future contribution to society. To achieve the results we have today, it is largely due to the care and support of various departments and organizations, the school leadership, and the contributions of our dedicated teachers, as well as the collective efforts of all the students. On this occasion of the semester 1 review ceremony, I sincerely thank the attention and support from the school leadership, local authorities, and parents for collaborating closely with us to fulfill our mission in this academic year.

Dear students!

The spring atmosphere is embracing every corner, from urban streets to rural villages adorned with blooming apricot and cherry blossoms. This marks the completion of our tasks for the first semester of the academic year 20XX - 20XX. In the joy of welcoming the Lunar New Year, we are truly excited to hear the evaluations of our teachers over the past 19 weeks of study. This reflection allows us to contemplate and set better goals for the upcoming semester.

Firstly, let me, on behalf of all students, extend our wishes of health, happiness, and success to the esteemed delegates, teachers, and parents.

In the academic year 20XX - 20XX, we are extremely proud to study in a nationally standardized school, enjoying the care and attention of the Party Committee, local authorities, the loving care of parents, and especially the guidance of teachers in the school's pedagogical council. So far, we have completed half of the journey of this academic year.

Looking back at the first half of the journey, we have fulfilled the duties of students quite well: attendance, hard work, solidarity, humility, honesty, and completing assignments before class. In the school's garden of excellence, there are many diligent and high-achieving students who have excelled in both academics and extracurricular activities. For instance, there are … students who received the title of excellent students, … received the advanced student title, and many students have accomplished various commendable deeds. We are proud of these achievements.

Despite these joyful accomplishments, there are still aspects that make us feel unworthy of the efforts, care, and guidance from our teachers and families. Some students are still absent from school, neglecting assignments, using inappropriate language, engaging in fights, and not showing proper respect to teachers, which led to more than... students having poor academic performance in the last semester. We feel ashamed of these issues.

The academic year 20XX – 20XX is themed 'Innovating Management and Enhancing the Quality of Education.' Therefore, the school needs to innovate management, actively participate in campaigns, implement various movements, and, at the same time, teachers need to continue innovating teaching methods, assessment methods, and organizing educational activities. With this theme, we can see that the school's mission is truly challenging, difficult from the beginning of the school year due to many shortcomings in infrastructure, a relatively young teaching staff, and students who are not entirely well-behaved... The quality of education achieved today is mainly due to the dedication, love for children, diligence, nurturing, building, and investment of teachers in nurturing students. Especially for students from poor backgrounds facing difficulties, ensuring they have the conditions to attend school. Furthermore, I also hope that local authorities, youth organizations, and, especially, parents will make every effort to collaborate with the teachers of School XX to successfully fulfill the tasks of the academic year 20XX – 20XX, ensuring that students love the school more, cherish their classes, and strive even harder to not disappoint our expectations.
