Lately, gaining popularity with the unique 'Fridge' playstyle, this guy is both sturdy and capable of dealing decent damage. Definitely worth learning and incorporating into your gameplay. One last note, if the enemies have a lot of heavy tank champions, it might be challenging to play this guy, just a heads up.
Veera
The final Mage hero in Arena of Valor that I want to introduce to you is Veera. Instead of Zata, Lauriel, Yue,... I find this hero very suitable for solo play due to its straightforward gameplay, no need for complex combos but still able to annihilate enemies.
From the High Gold rank and below, Veera is a formidable force in catching isolated enemies who wander along the riverbanks. In the early stages, with just three items, Veera's combo is enough to shock low-health enemies. Some may think her inherent speed boost is lackluster, but when constantly moving for ganks, combined with hiding in bushes and then suddenly using Blink, her seemingly useless mobility becomes unexpectedly useful, making her faster after each gank.
VeeraVeera is an excellent choice if you want to pick a Mid hero to dominate elusive foes like Nakroth, Kriknak,... because with the ability to spam her second skill continuously, you can outplay them if they have intentions to sneak up on you. However, this maneuver needs to be executed continuously and with quick reflexes to be effective. Keep in mind that the higher the rank, the more challenging it is to play Veera. In this Season 3, she's still viable, but avoid picking her against overly tanky or high sustain enemies.
