Nguyễn Lê Chi, born in 1991 in Nghệ An, is a social media sensation best known for her captivating cover songs. Her covers have won her a large fanbase, and her videos are adored for their sweet and charming delivery, combined with a beautiful voice. Lê Chi is an alumna of the Academy of Journalism and Communication and is also known as the younger sister of the popular TV host Diệp Chi. Initially, she became known for being Diệp Chi's sister, but instead of feeling overshadowed, this connection helped her open doors to more opportunities.
With her cute looks and amazing voice, Lê Chi quickly attracted a wide following. She has participated in competitions like AJC's Voice and AJC's Start, and has collaborated with various TV channels. Trần Khánh Vy, born on August 21, 1999, is a popular Vietnamese vlogger, YouTuber, TV host, and content creator known for her uplifting energy and exceptional accomplishments. She has won the hearts of many, particularly for her ability to speak seven languages fluently: Thai, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, English, Italian, and Vietnamese. This unique skill set allowed her to become a host for various English learning programs on VTV7, such as IELTS On The Go, Follow Us, and Crack'em Up. Audiences adore her humor, talent, and confidence, while also being impressed by her academic excellence.
Khánh Vy’s journey began at Phan Bội Châu High School in Nghệ An, where she was a top student for 12 consecutive years. She won third place at the National English Olympiad and second place in the provincial English competition during her high school years. 4. Hương Tràm - Winner of The Voice 2013
Phạm Thị Hương Tràm, known by her stage name Hương Tràm or Charmy Pham, is a Vietnamese singer born in Vinh, Nghệ An. She rose to fame as the winner of the first season of the Vietnamese singing competition, The Voice, in 2012. Notably, she has also won a Mnet Asian Music Award and two Cống Hiến Awards, becoming the youngest artist to receive these honors at the age of 18.
Hương Tràm was educated at Huỳnh Thúc Kháng High School in Vinh and comes from an artistic family. Her father, NSƯT Tiến Dũng, is a renowned performer in traditional music, and her mother, Dư Thị Thủy, is an artist at the Nghệ An Song and Dance Troupe. She also has an older brother, Phạm Tiến Mạnh, a well-known pop ballad singer and a top 10 finalist on the Sao Mai Điểm Hẹn competition in 2010.
In 2012, Hương Tràm participated in The Voice, where her performance of “I Will Always Love You” in the first episode earned her the approval of all four judges. She chose to join Thu Minh’s team, and eventually, she was crowned the winner of the competition. This victory marked a pivotal moment in her career. Hương Tràm later released her breakout hit “Ngốc,” which quickly topped Vietnam's music charts. In 2016, she continued to showcase her talent by winning the Gold Cup at The Remix - Hòa Âm Ánh Sáng and receiving the Top 20 MV of the Year award at the Yan Vpop20 Awards for her song “Ngốc.” Toward the end of 2016, she released another popular track, “Cho Em Gần Anh Thêm Chút Nữa,” which captivated listeners with its catchy melody.
2017 proved to be a significant year for Hương Tràm, with her song “Em Gái Mưa” becoming a massive hit across Vietnam. The music video for this song won her the MB of the Year award at the 2018 Cống Hiến Awards. In the same year, she also served as a judge on The Voice Kids Vietnam. In June 2018, Hương Tràm released the music video for “Duyên Mình Lỡ,” which garnered millions of views on YouTube.
In May 2019, during the press conference for her new single “Ra Là Em Quá Mong Manh,” Hương Tràm emotionally announced that she would be taking a break from singing to study abroad in the United States and pursue her personal dreams, as well as heal from emotional wounds. Born in 1986 in Vinh, Nghệ An, MC Diệp Chi was always an exceptional student, earning numerous academic accolades throughout her school years. Notable achievements include third place in a provincial literature competition in grade 9, a provincial encouragement award in literature in grade 12, first place in the “Future Female Students” competition in Central Vietnam, and achieving a high score of 26.5 in the university entrance exam, where she was the top student in her major at the Academy of Journalism and Communication.
MC Diệp Chi has hosted many well-known programs, including Đường Lên Đỉnh Olympia, Điều Ước Thứ 7, and Rung Chuông Vàng. Her role as the host of Rung Chuông Vàng on VTV3 marked a turning point in her career. Thanks to her engaging delivery and warm voice, MC Diệp Chi quickly gained the admiration of viewers across the country. Later, she became an editor at VTV, where she has now spent more than 16 years working on a variety of programs.
