In Vietnam, the Ruby Crab is also a precious seafood, highly sought after for its delicious flavor. It is called the Ruby Crab because of its resemblance to a ruby gemstone, with a hard shell, measuring about 60 cm in length and weighing up to 9 kg each. That's why it's not always possible to enjoy nutritious dishes made from this special crab species, and not everyone is willing to spend a large amount of money to experience it.
