1. Rengar
With the intense combat nature of Blood Moon Hunt happening mostly in jungle and along riverbanks, Rengar finds ample opportunities to shine. The abundance of bushes in the map favors Rengar greatly. Engaging in constant skirmishes allows Rengar to quickly accumulate 5 stacks of Tooth and Nail. This, coupled with his innate damage, makes him terrifying. Unlike in regular ranked modes, Rengar in Blood Moon Hunt focuses solely on damage-enhancing items, becoming a formidable threat.

5. Talon
Talon is among the champions benefiting most from Riot's damage adjustment policies and damage-dealing equipment. In the Blood Moon mode, when everyone rushes in without bothersome CC guardians, there's no reason why Talon wouldn't go all out! Talon is one of the rare champions capable of bloodshed even more than Leesin at early levels with the Q - Noxian Diplomacy + W - Rake + Ignite combo. If you manage to execute this combo along with 2-3 basic attacks, 80% of the time Talon will finish off the opponent. Not to mention the E - Assassin's Path skill helps Talon interact excellently with the surrounding terrain. With about 2 major items such as Duskblade of Draktharr + Edge of Night, Talon can comfortably sweep the map with the shield from Edge of Night and the passive effect of Duskblade that can be activated twice. In a place with no defense, no guardians, no shields like Blood Moon, a true assassin like Talon will have plenty of room to roam freely.
